Strength workout Toning workouts aim to help you towards the toned beach body you’ve always wanted. Focusing on those problem areas (abs, hips, thighs and buttocks), with a bit of hard work you’re guaranteed to see results! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) A total body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
