TONE: If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core
training this is it. Step into aLES MILLS TONE class and you'll
tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challengingmix of
lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help
you take yourfitness to the next level. Also a great foundational
class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide varietyof options accommodating
all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout
feelingsuccessful.
BODYFLOW: Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the
yoga-based class thatwill improve your mind, your body and your
life. An inspired soundtrack plays as youbend and stretch through a
series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of TaiChi and
Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and
instructors willalways provide options for those just getting
started. You’ll strengthen your entirebody and leave the class
feeling calm and centered. Happy.
BEGINNER YOGA: Want to try yoga? Join this introductory
hour long class and learnbasic poses and breathing techniques as
seen in BodyFlow and discover mind & bodywellness.
SUNRISE YOGA: Sunrise Yoga synchronizes movement and breath
which helpsdevelop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and
harmony in a 60- minuteclass. Sequences will flow smoothly between
poses, and may include the variationsof Sun Salutations, standing
postures, deep relaxation, and more. Start the day withdesignated

SQUEAKY SNEAKERS: Learn balance, coordination, flexibility,
rhythm and activity in thisintro-to-fitness class. Children will
use small chairs, exercise balls, and learn aboutwellness in a fun
and safe setting!
KID FIT: Jump, squat, and climb! Workout while your child
stays active. Seeimprovements in your child's flexibility,
excitement for being active, and self-confidence. Great for play
dates.
CXWORX: Exercising the core muscles, CXWORX™ provides the vital
ingredient for astronger body. All the moves in CXWORX have
options, so it’s challenging but achievablefor your own fitness
level. During the 30-minute workout our instructors guide
youthrough correct technique as you work with resistance tubes,
weight plates, and bodyweight exercises like crunches, and
hovers.
BODYCOMBAT: BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial
arts-inspired workout that istotally non-contact. Punch and kick

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get
lean, toned and fit – fast. Usinglight to moderate weights with
lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total bodyworkout. It will
burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through
thescientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out
encouragement, motivation andgreat music – helping you achieve much
more than on your own!
RPM: RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control
the intensity. It’s fun, lowimpact and you can burn up to 675
calories a session*. With great music pumping and thegroup spinning
as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs,

WATER IN MOTION: Low impact, high-energy challenge for all ages,

fun of this 55 minute water extravaganza
WATER AEROBICS: Improve core strength, tone, flexibility,
mobility, balance, and strengthusing water weights, aqua belts, and
noodles. Effective for various physical limitations.(May use deep

AQUA ZUMBA: Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water

BARRE NONE: Barre None™ is a fun, energetic, low-impact
workout using techniquesfrom Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to tone the

will increase cardio activity. Our barre equipment will ensure
afull body workout, that can be modified for any fitness level. No
dance experience isrequired, so leave your inhibitions at the door

H2YOGA: This is a water-based workout you have never tried

BODYATTACK: A high-energy fitness class with moves that
cater for total beginners to totaladdicts. We combine athletic
movements like running, lunging & jumping with
strengthexercises such as push-ups & squats.
Our instructors will pump out energizing tunes andlead you
through the workout, challenging your limits in a good way, burning

YIN YOGA: Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on stretching
of the connectivetissues. Poses in Yin Yoga are primarily seated or
supine with more passive holds forlonger intervals
ranging from 2-5 minutes. With Yin you will perform poses that
willimprove flexibility and increase blood flow in the major joints
and organ systems.
VATA AERIAL YOGA: Discover the element of air with Vata Aerial
Yoga. The harnessused for Vata gives full support for your torso
and pelvis, while six handles allow forsupport of the upper body
and accommodates users of all capabilities. Performinversions,
classic yoga poses, and even strength training movements to work
the coreand upper body. Develop balance and full body control as
you hover, weightless abovethe ground in this unique yoga

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Myofascial Release is a safe, highly
effective, self-massagetherapy used to treat pain and
dysfunction in the body. This class uses various
manualtechniques to apply sustained pressure into the fascia to
reduce and eliminaterestrictions, tightness, and chronic posture
and/or alignment issues. Through the useof various equipment
(massage balls we provide) and guided instruction, we can
openthe body more fully to increase the circulation of blood &
energy to the tissues. Pleasewear form-fitting clothing to this
class.
SPRINT: LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT) workout,using an indoor bike to achieve
fast results.It’s a short, intense style of training where
thethrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and
mental limits. A high intensity,low impact workout, it's
scientifically proven to return rapid results.The 30 minutes you
putinto a SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for
