HP and customer First Data (FDC) collaborated to bring to market VisionPLUS Flex, an electronic payments processing solution targeting international customers. VisionPLUS Flex delivers a cost-per-transaction that scales to fit individual businesses, regardless of size. The solution couples First Data software with HP Converged Infrastructure and services—the result is an appliance that can be up and running in days instead of months, expediting customers’ paths to revenue. The HP data center solutions included HP blades running Intel processors, 3PAR storage, HP Networking switches, Virtual Connect and HP software—all backed by HP Global Support. It is built and cabled into a C7000 chassis and pre-loaded with Linux, MicroFocus and First Data software. This presentation discusses the performance testing with MicroFocus, CapGemini, First Data and HP. We will also share results, including transactions per second.
