Fundamentals

Standard of Performance. It was a way of doing things, a leadership philosophy, that has

much to do with our core values, principles, and ideals. If people consistently delivered the

Standards of Performance, the score takes care of itself.

key catalyst to lasting success 2) The Leader Sets the Tone 3) Develop and Empower Effective Leaders 4) Everyone is accountable for both victory and defeat

Expectations of Production First Choice Standard of Performance

No Timecard Exceptions

o 3 or more instances within 30 day period will result in disciplinary action

Must call in sick at least 2 hours prior to start time (no texting)

No Quality Errors

Know and apply all EOM requirements

Quarterly First Choice Quizzes

Innovative Solution

100% 5s Audit

o Knowledge of each step of 5s and be able to demonstrate examples of each

No material transfer errors

Steel Toe Boots/and Safety Glasses worn at all times

Monthly Educational Requirements

Tool Inspection

This is a written agreement signed by each employee and their manager
