OBJECTIVES OF PvA SOCIAL SUPPORT

Before 1 January 2010:

. 2,900 homeless people on special route

. 1,740 (60%) stable mix:

housing, care and income (participation)

. Reducing public nuisance to 75% of pre-2005 levels
