National and Minnesota program designed to help communities reduce the wildfire risk of homes on the edge of urban areas.
Since 2004, the U.S. Forest Service, through Firewise Minnesota, has provided grant funds to the Minnesota Alliance for Geographic Education (MAGE) to support curriculum writing and teacher training.
