Dear Year 5 Students,
I am writing to formally request your help in ensuring that the entire Western Australian community has a strong sense of fire awareness. A recent survey conducted within a variety of remote communities in Western Australia showed that many people do not have a clear understanding of fire safety and recovery and this is potentially dangerous as many areas Western Australia are prone to bushfires.
It is for this reason that I would like to ask you to create a poster on fire safety and recovery that can be distributed to these communities in order so that they know what to do in event of a fire and how to minimise the effects of fire to both individuals and the environment. You will need to gather information from a variety of resources including the FESA website and the poster must be informative, visually appealing and easy to read.
FESA very much appreciates your assistance in this matter.
Yours Sincerely
FESA Head Office
