As per advertisement, publicity materials circulated in Nagpur about the circus AFFRO
RUSSIAN Amar circus performing in the city, where as it was done to misrepresent,
concealing the facts to cheat public for personnel gain and profit:
Hence the Amar circus previous propritorMr. Vickey Rajillegally handed over the Amar circus along with the performing animals to the present
proprietor Shri Chandrakant Purushottam Rao Gadge, Plot No. 151, Vijayanand Soc.,
Narendranagar, Nagpur for personnel gain and profit adopting fraud tactics. It would be
pertinent to mention here that one performing elephant is missing along with Bull, one
was dead, another was put to sleep and present elephant kept illegally violating the Wild
Life Protection Act, 1972 and blind hippo was compelled to perform, exotic species are
kept with out ownership, I dont know how AWBI registered them.
Hence FIR may kindly be lodged against above stated previous and present proprietor of
Amar circus and others for the violation of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 read with
the CZA / CITIES guidelines, performing animal registration rules, cattle transport rules,
