Accelerate, turn, pull the trigger and score, using this shooting exercise SET UP Mark out an area measuring 20 x 20 yards, including a 5 x 20-yard shooting zone and a 15 x 20-yard dribbling zone. Position two goals at one end, 12 yards apart. Divide players into two groups: defenders and attackers. Position the attackers on the byline between the goals, with the defenders lined up two yards behind. It’s a great weapon to have in your arsenal, and you can work on it using this exercise. ACTION A1 plays the ball into the feet of the coach and follows his pass. D1 chases.
