  2. 2. Financial Resource Network of Florida is owned by Mark Monkarsh, CFP. It is a prestige investment business that likes to pride itself on its relationship with its clients. It has switched companys that it is associated with along with hiring a new staff. Client retention has decreased. However, in the last three months, the website has doubled its hits.
  3. 3. A strong organizational culture has four primary characteristics: Organizational members share clear values and beliefs about how to succeed in their business. Organizational members agree on which beliefs about how to succeed are most important Different parts of the organization have similar beliefs about how to succeed. The rituals of day-to-day organizational life are well organized and consistent with company goals.
  4. 4. Problems: Lack of Organized Culture Lack of Procedures/Standard Process Lack of Efficient Communication and Efforts Purpose: Organized Culture Creates Sense of Purpose Procedures/Standard Process Builds Confidence Efficient Communication and Efforts Generates Profits

Without organizational culture there is accountability, but no clear direction There is no job fulfillment Not having a strong culture creates stress Stress creates added expenses for the company Stress causes time off and lack of production Stress causes tension heard on the phone Clients leave the company Good talent goes elsewhere Profits decrease
  6. 6. Organizational culture gives clarity It gives purpose and fulfillment It creates a positive atmosphere It promotes a healthy work environment It allows maximum productivity It improves client retention It attracts good talent It eliminates stress It maximizes profit margins
