Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst II is a key contributor and will primarily provide critical support and analysis to the Finance Manager in the areas of Capital Expense management and tracking. The candidate identified for this position will serve an important role in ensuring the Company meets its profitability targets and strategic objectives. The Financial Analyst II will have responsibilities that include: • Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the Company’s annual CapEx budget and re-forecasts. • Assist in monthly analysis and review of the Company’s actual CapEx spend compared to the annual budget to identify and develop explanations for key variances and to identify favorable or unfavorable trends. • Assist in the consolidation of CapEx from PADI subsidiaries for monthly financials, annual budgets, and re-forecasts. • Invoice-level tracking and analysis of CapEx by project. • Contractor tracking and analysis by CapEx project. • Development and maintenance of the CapEx model for the consolidated enterprise that enables reporting versus budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis and in various foreign currency rates. • Assist in the development of ad-hoc CapEx forecasts of the business to assist management in the understanding of mid-year outlooks for the year. Our ideal candidate will have the following experience, demonstrated skills, and education to qualify for the role: § Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field § 2-4 years of experience in related functions § Advanced Excel skills including the use of complex formulas § Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
