INTRODUCTION

• SHS was established in 2015 with a single location in Sirsa HR.

• It was formed to extend comprehensive & personalized services in the area of maintenance & upkeep of office premises by undertaking commercial contracts.

• From a single location we have now graduated to multi-locations, and have also spread our wings to various cities in India- Sirsa, Hissar, Rohtak, Lucknow, Jaipur,

OPERATING PROCEDURE

Starting a site:• First of all an audit of the building is done

and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is prepared.

• Based on the discussions with the client, the requirements are established.

• Staffing, Material / Chemical & Equipment requirements are determined.

• Introductory training according to the SOP is imparted.

STAFF SELECTIONS• Recruits belong to the same Industry.• Referred by existing staff.• Rigorous Initial Training before

Deployment.• Probation period – six months.

• SHS uses the latest processes, material, chemicals and machines.

• Our site Supervisor ensures that the Employees carry on their chores with Honesty and Integrity.

• Our operations team periodically makes periodic visit to the sites to ensure that the work is carried out according to the requirement and satisfaction of the client.

TRAINING• Staff undergoes rigorous training on Safety

Precautions, Chemicals, Equipments and Tools, Attire, Hygiene, Communication and Hospitality.

• Technical support is provided by Diversey*. • In-House Trainers provide periodic training.• On-site training provided according to the

specific needs of clients.• External trainers on SHS’s panel provide

training as per specific requirement of our company.

Good performers are rewarded & incentives given.
