Project Cost Analysis
1. Install commercial grade fully equipped kitchen exhaust hood system with an Ansul fire protection system at the food service area of the facility. The exhaust hood system shall be equipped with low velocity, down discharged make up air grills.
2. Provide a single central station variable air volume (VAV) air handling unit to condition the clinic spaces instead of the three (3) constant air volume units.
3. Provide a unit price to equip a door with an electric strike and access control card swipe device. This shall include power and low voltage cabling required to unlock the door upon activation of the card swipe device.
4. Allowance add to provide LEEDS Certification for the proposed project. (Refer to following page for proposed LEEDS credits which are subject to Pasco County Approval.)

Qualifications
1. All utility company fees are excluded.
2. All governmental fees are excluded.
3. Fuel for generator (except for start-up) is excluded.
4. Additional soil borings or surveys that may be required to complete the design are excluded.
5. Asbestos survey and abatement are excluded.
6. Monument sign is excluded.
7. File cabinets are excluded.
8. Record storage system is excluded.
9. Fire pump is excluded. If required add $46,200.
10. Site lighting is excluded.
11. LEEDS requirements subject to review between Owner and Design-Builder.
12. Soil remediation I special foundation design if required due to soil bearing capacity issues is
not included.
13. Furnishings, fixtures and equipment are by owner.
14. Masonry walls for the FEMA 361 structure meet the Florida Energy Code as bid. If R-11
insulation is required, add $71,457 to install R-11 insulation with drywall.
