UPGRADING OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM

AND AFFORDING THE CHANGE

Proposal By: Julie Phillips

Page 2: Final proposal 2014

OVERVIEW

Our library will greatly benefit from purchasing new computers. We

can afford the change through:

the strategic planning of the budget

research for finding affordable alternatives

increasing budget limitations through fundraising

Page 3: Final proposal 2014

INTRODUCTION

Everyone is well aware of the increasing problems that have been

occurring with the computers currently being used at our library.

Growing frustration as well as a decrease of function of everyday

tasks are effecting all employees. We need to upgrade the

computers and I am proposing that the change can be made before

the end of the year.
