Final font and colour scheme

This is the font that I have chosen to use for my products. I have decided on this font in particular because I find that it has a soft feel to it and it is easy to read when used in a large size on for example a bus advert or poster. I chose this rather than a serif font which tend to be difficult to read in large chunks for instance, in a leaflet. This information i.e. phone number and E-mail address will be used on all three of my pieces.

The colour scheme that I have chosen to go for is going to be green and white, I chose this because they contrast well and make for an eye catching but not overpowering combination. Green is quite a welcoming colour to it and has a calming effect that comes with it.

Final images

These are images which I will most likely use in my products, these images have been selected because they show the good side of things and reflect positively on the peoples and charities involved. These images I feel will have a greater and more positive effect on the way people react and the number of people that get involved with these types of organizations compared to those adverts that use negative imagery in a plead for people to feel sorry for them and therefore feel guilty.

Final types of copy that will be used.

I will be using things like “help someone homeless this winter” “spare bed in your house? Spare a thought and give a young person a bed for a night.” “lend a helping hand.” “do something positive and help a homeless person.” “get involved!” I will also be using stats and quotes from people that have been involved with these charities in some way or another in order to make the whole thing more personal and let people see what a difference these charities are actually making in the homeless community.
