The FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud makes sensor data universally accessible from any internet enabled device. It showcases impressive new features ideal for remote monitoring including; viewing data on internet enabled mobile devices, email alerts, online data storage, multiple user options for differing levels of employee responsibility, and multiple site options for organisations with devices in different localities. Other features include data analysis in graphical and tabular form, exporting and printing, event logs and a device audit trail.

A FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud account is easy to set-up using our free WiFi

FilesThruTheAir™ WiFi sensors measure temperature and/or humidity with a variety of models using different probes and enhanced accuracy options. Data can either be viewed and managed on a single PC on the same WiFi network, or on the FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud.

Our range of sensors are superior to other products that are simply wireless and only communicate with a base unit. Our WiFi products will communicate with any existing WiFi router/access point available worldwide in your home, garden, business or multi-national organisation.

FilesThruTheAir ™ sensors are a robust but low cost solution with an informative LCD screen. They are also rechargeable and have a unique WiFi range detection method to help with sensor placement.

Every FilesThruTheAir™ WiFi device is set-up using the free, simple, intuitive software. This one package is suitable for every user and is available from download.filesthrutheair.com.

Setting up a device could not be easier with this software that takes the user through the process step by step. Within minutes a device can be up and running, streaming data to a PC or the FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud.

Users wishing to monitor devices on their PC do so via this software. Cloud users only need to use a PC to initially set-up a device, once complete device settings can then be changed and data can be viewed via the Cloud on any internet enabled device.

WiFi-DTP+ WiFi-DTC

DTC and DTP+ are dual channel sensor devices, allowing them to simultaneously monitor two temperatures, driving down the cost of each measuring point. Compatible with both the PC software and FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud.

Additonal InformationBattery Life and Power Supply:The FilesThruTheAir™ data logging sensors are battery powered devices. The battery life of the sensor is dependent on use. See table below.

The product will arrive partly charged but you should charge it for 24 hours before use for optimum performance. The battery can be recharged via a PC, a USB wall adapter, or a portable USB battery pack using the USB lead provided. It can also be permanently powered by a USB wall adapter or USB battery pack.

Readings may be affected while the internal battery is being charged. However, once charged, continued connection of the charger will have no affect.

Battery life is dependant on: transmission period, WiFi encryption method, WiFi encryption key rotation frequency (determined by the router), signal strength between router and WiFi device, presence volume and type of WiFi traffic from other devices, sample rate, and operating temperature.

EnviroPad-TCThe EnviroPad-TC is a robust, multi-function handheld thermometer operated manually using the touchscreen. It takes and records temperature readings via the attached thermocouple probe. The EnviroPad-TC has three functions: Data Logging, Spot Measurement and CheckList.

Data Logging:When in ‘Data Logging’ mode the EnviroPad-TC can be set-up and left to take temperature readings at pre-determined intervals. All data logging parameters are set using the EnviroPad-TC’s touchscreen interface, with custom settings such as: sample rate, high and low alarms, and delayed start if you would rather begin logging at a later time or date. All readings are saved to a file with a time and date stamp.

SpotMeasurement: When in ‘Spot Measurement’ mode the EnviroPad-TC can be used as a thermometer to manually capture temperature readings displayed on screen. A new measurement is taken each time the user presses the on-screen ‘RECORD’ button. Over 65,000 spot measurements can be recorded in each file along with time and date.

Features include Min and Max temperatures, Pass/Fail criteria, and the attachment of comments to individual readings on the EnviroPad-TC. All tabular data displayed in the software can be exported in PDF or CSV format.
