In today’s complex global scenario, there are frequent changes that create high velocity obsolescence of business skills. FIIB combats this through continuous innovations in its teaching pedagogy which enables students to continuously develop employability skills. FIIB’s dedicated Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), works to upgrade courses through interventions from industry experts, faculty and alumni, with the motive of aligning the courses with industry needs.
The 3C’s for our PGDM program stand for the 3 ‘mantras’ – Competency-Focus, Cross-Functional, and Collaboration. Cross functionality ensures learning the same concept through ‘multiple domain lenses’ at the same time and eliminate functional silos of business knowledge; Collaboration with industry means maturing learning through blending of practice; Competence-focus means that whatever students specialize in, it is aligned with industry needs.
Students Outcomes and Support Systems
The coursework provides ample opportunities to use simulated real-life situations through discussions, feedback sessions, and assignments to internalize the learning.
