1.0 MY PORTAL
1.1 MY PROFILE
My profile menu displays the details of the logged in user.
1.2 CHANGE PASSWORD

Change password is used to choose a new a password.
Type in the old password in the field labeled “Old password”
Type your new password in the field labeled “New password”.
Repeat the new password in the field labeled “Re-Confirm”
Click on “Update Password ” to commit the change
2.0 CANDIDATE REGISTRATION
This module is used to manage registration of candidates
2.1 To register a candidate Click on “Register New Candidate” at the top right of the form
Type in the details and select the appropriate options that apply for the candidate
Click on “preview” found at the bottom of the form to preview the details.

Click on “Save” to register candidate of “Cancel” to abort.

If you did “Save” then you can click on “Print Time Table” to print Index sheet
Click on “Close” to exit this window
2.2 SEARCHING FOR REGISTERED CANDIDATE

Search for registered candidates by any of the criteria or a combination of them at the top the
registration landing page.
Search by Index No, Surname, Gender, Programme Category, Program, and Application status
Click on “Search” to fetch data based on the selected parameters
2.3 EDIT CANDIDATE DETAILS
Click on the “Edit” link in the search results page of the candidate to load candidates details
for editing. See below
2.4 CAPTURE CANDIDATES CONTINOUS ASSESSMENT
Click on the [Capture CA] link

Type the CA score of candidate in the fields as seen below
Update to save the candidates CA score

2.5 RE-PRINT CANDIDATES INDEX SHEET
Re-print candidate’s index sheet by clicking on the [index Sheet] link shown below
3.0 USER MANAGEMENT
This module is used to create a new user edit existing user details and deactivate or activate existing
users
3.1 CREATE NEW USER
User Management -> New User
Fill in the details of the new user
Choose the security role i.e “School Admin” and Click on “Register” to save

3.2 MANAGE EXISTING USER
User Management -> Existing Users
Click on the username to open the edit window

Edit the user details
Click “Update Profile” to save changes

To deactivate a user, uncheck the “active” check box and Update Profile
To activate a user, Check the “active” Checkbox and Update Profile
3.3 RESET USER PASSWORD
In the existing user window, Click on “Reset Password” and Update profile
The default password after a reset is the word “password”

4.0 REPORTS
This module is used to view and print a copy of the Invigilation Mark Sheet and Candidate Result

4.1 INVIGILATION MARK SHEET
Reports -> Invigilation Mark Sheet
The region and center are selected by default
Select program category, program and component
Gender is optional and “Fetch”
5.0 PRINT GROUP RESULTS SHEET
This module is used to print the group result by programme
Export group results to excel
