This shot reveals the artist as being the narrator. The video promotes her as an artist. She is seen lying down on a bed with a book. We assume this is a book for writing songs in. The look on hr face reveals that she is

having trouble with writing songs. The shot is light an calm.

Here the shot is dark and blue which is a juxtaposition to the previous shot. The artist looks distraught and upset. She is taking up very little of the screen and this shows that she may be reserved of some sort. She is gripping the glass door of the shower to show that she is still hanging on and that

she hasn't given up yet.

The artist is shown struggling to put her piano up. This shows the struggles she has gone

through to become the artist she is now. The bar is not very well lit and small, this also

shows where she started and where she wants to be.

The next shot shows her narrating the choruses. She looks desperate and needy for a

break in her career. The lights on her face show two colours, red and blue. both colours show the pain she has gone through and the hope at the end of the tunnel. The close up

shows that this part is intense and personal.

Here we see the artist packing up her suitcase and putting it in the car. This shows

that she is leaving somewhere or going somewhere. And that she is searching for a

new and fresh start. The shot is light and the car is retro red which adds certain theme to

the video, and adds an indie element.

For the first time in the video we see the artist smiling whilst driving. It is as if she is

happy that she has left everything behind. It is as if she has got rid of a huge burden and

now has become someone new. The shots are slow within the video and are not fast paced.

This shows thats he is now relaxed and comforted.

During the next few shots we see members of the public showing tat they are strong in

lighthearted ways. This is uplifting and shows the community as one, telling the viewer that

everyone is strong on the inside.

The shots are once again light and clear. The sky is blue and the weather is clear and sunny. The

whole song together is not depressing or upsetting, it is lighthearted and shows that she is becoming who she wants to be and that, she still

has a ‘lot of fight left’ in her.

During the bridge the artist is seen walking on a beach alone. Unlike the previous shots the weather is misty and dark. It os not sunny or bright. She is walking alone the sand as if she is free from her old life and that she can now move on. The white dress she is wearing re

enforces the idea of being free and able to do what she wants with her life.

This last scene shows that she has ignited who she is and like the previous clip is free. There

are people dancing around the fire and this is a celebration of some sort. The wide shot shows how happy she now is and this brings the song

to a conclusion.
