INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES
“The City of Golden Friendship” , an identity to which Cagayan de Oro(CDO) is famous for. Being friendly and folks who nurture ties, it is how the identity of Cagayan de Oro is being portrayed.
Honoring the feast of St.Augustine, this ebook will show the pride of the city, its own festive ocassion, the Higa-laay Festival. A festivity of culture, color, craft and the value of true friendship. Capturing the beauty of Cagayan de Oro.
