Learn to Lead Summer Academy is a two-week pre-university experience for students aged 14-19. Program ScheduleStudents will attend classes every morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Field trip activities will occur in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends.

Lodging and DiningStudents stay in residence on the University of Toronto Mississauga campus. They will be grouped into rooms by gender and age and supervised by staff and faculty. Lodging is apartment-style, and students will have a shared room, washroom, common room, and kitchen. Food is included and will be available in the local cafeteria. There will be five times when students have the option to buy their own lunch and/or dinner when out exploring the city and/or region on field trips. Click here to see lodging configurations.
Toyota Manufacturing PlantStudents take a tour of a car manufacturing plant and learn more about the high tech industry hub in Waterloo, Canada.
Program Field Trips
University of Toronto, Downtown Students attend lectures and participate in activities on U of T’s central campus located in the heart of Toronto. This includes a visit to RotmanSchool of Management.
Niagara FallsStudents visit the most famous waterfall in North America and experience a boat ride around the falls.
Crawford Lake Conservation AreaStudents learn about Canada’s First Nations people and take a hike around the beautiful Crawford Lake.
Goldring High Performance Centre Students tour U of T’s Sport Medicine clinic and Fitness Centre and learn about high performance athletics at U of T.
The City of TorontoStudents enjoy historic tours of Toronto,one of the world’s most multicultural cities.They visit Chinatown, Harborfront and shop in local markets.
