Our ready finished roofs are formed from zinc platedsteel and finished with a textured lead colour powdercoat. They can be finished with lead flashing or a lead sealant. Alternatively we can supply you with a hip roof frameready for covering with a finish of your choice such aslead or copper. Frameworks for glass roofs are also available.

The Following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products from Fine Iron Ltd website www.fineiron.co.ukPlease read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order with us or completing your customer registration Fine Iron will take it that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.References to “you” and “your” means the person completing a customer registration or placing an order via this form or over the telephone.Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order detailing the products you have ordered with an order number. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Fine Iron Ltd. We will then process your order which may take up to 3 working days. A contract between you and Fine Iron for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. For stock items we aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an i tem will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be notified to you in your “confirmation” email. Larger /bespoke items are made to order and can take between 4‐6 weeks to manufacture. No liability will be accepted by us for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) regarding delivery, we urge all customers to take out goods in transit delivery insurance.

1. Cancellation & ReturnsYou have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of order for any reason (*This does not apply to items made to order). If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 28 days. For all returns, we will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. To proceed to return products to us, please either use the ‘contact us’ page or email [email protected] stating your order number and your reason for return. Please wait for our response and a valid returns number, ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER APPROVAL will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Pack the items with a returns number, the original invoice and return them to the following address: Fine Iron Ltd, Building 1, Upper Gilfach, Aberbran, Brecon, Powys LD3 9NL. It is advisable that you choose a Recorded delivery service to return your unwanted goods, as we will not be able to refund your money if the goods do not return to us successfully. * For items made to order returns will only be accepted if the goods are found to be faulty/damaged. Any faults or damage should be notified to Fine Iron within 7 days of receipt of the goods. When requested by Fine Iron, the goods/part should be returned to Fine Iron at the purchasers expense whereupon Fine Iron will seek to rectify any defects identified within a reasonable period of time and shall at its option either repair or replace such goods, or the defective part, or refund the price of such goods/part at the pro rata Contract rate.

2. Goods ComplianceAt the time of publication, we attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error‐free. In addition, Representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All measurements and weights are approximate. The limitations of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Fine Iron Ltd as it references to Fine Iron.
