Each of these webinars will focus on the noteworthy practices of various stakeholders in support of efforts of LPAs to implement their transition plans and comply with ADA requirements. The ADA is a landmark law, ensuring that people with disabilities have equality in all aspects of public life. Title II of the ADA requires removal of barriers, physical and otherwise, that limit access for people with disabilities from government facilities and programs. Access to transportation facilities is of critical importance to all members of society.
