Our business identity is to create a culture of innovation by integrating technological seeds and market needs, as a "technical innovator that thinks, selects and creates". As a company that has the functions of both trading company and manufacturer, we have been playing a part in Japanese manufacturing by making use of our technological and propounding capabilities.The structure of Japanese manufacturing has largely changed in recent years. The globalization of production and sales bases has progressed at a remarkable speed and Japan cannot be called an ‘export-oriented country’ any longer. To procure materials and make products in places closest to our markets, we no longer adhere strictly to the concepts of ‘domestic’ versus ‘overseas’. We can restructure our organization to one that has high quality-control capabilities and can make speedy decisions. An organizational response suitable for globalization in 21st-century-type corporate management is what we aim at.Our core competence is to add value to new materials and elemental technologies of our supply manufacturers and to provide the development of applications that meet customer needs. We consider it our future challenge to establish a proprietary one-stop service by combining such competence elements. To achieve this aim, we must start by "awakening" each employee and to develop in them a "resonance" and firmly establish such a sensibility as the organization’s greatest power. I believe it is the role of upper management to foster this.As a technically-advanced body that creates innovation, while stepping up efforts to increase our corporate value and to meet the expectations of our customers, we are committed to sustainable development of the company, while making valuable contributions to society.

京都工場は、京都府京都市伏見区に所在し、金属加工技術、電装技術をもって半導体製造装置及び微細金属加工品の製造・販売を行っています。

The Kyoto Factory is located in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, and supplies semiconductor-producing equipment and miniature metalworking products based on laser machining technology, press working technology and electric parts installation technology.

The Philippines Factory is located about 40km south of Manila,the capital of Philippines, and supplies metal processings by laser beam machines, turret punch press, and bending, and plastic moldings of precision equipment parts.The factory also performs processes of coating and painting.

The Korat Factory is located about 250km northeast of Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and supplies plastic moldings and assemblies mainly for automobile parts, precision equipment and medical equipment manufacturers.Moreover, the factory has established an integrated system of production that covers plastic moldings, coating, printing, and assembly of precision equipment parts.

当社は、環境への負荷影響が大きい生産現場を中心に環境保全に取り組み、国内・海外を含めた生産工場においてISO14001の認証取得を推進しています。2006年3月15日に竣工した愛知県稲沢市の稲沢事業所（工場）においても、設計当初より地球と人にやさしい工場づくりに配慮しました。リデュース、リユース、リサイクルの推進として、リソースハウスを設営しています。

We are promoting environmental conservation activities, centering on production sites where impact on the environment is large, as well as promoting the acquisition of ISO14001 certification in production plants in Japan and overseas. Regarding the Inazawa Office (Plant) that was completed in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture on March 15, 2006, we have considered the creation of an earth-and-people-friendly plant starting from the initial design stage.To promote waste reduction, reuse and recycling, we have established a resource house.

人にやさしい街づくりの推進に関する条例に適合した工場の建設Establishment of a factory that conforms to the Ordinance Concerning the Promotion of People-friendly Town Planning

交通安全 Traffic safety

「交通事故死ゼロを目指す日(毎年9月30日)」は、交通安全に対する意識を高めるため、新たな国民運動として設けられています。この国民運動を受けて稲沢市商工会議所(愛知県)は、毎月10日、20日、30日を交通事故死ゼロの日と定めており、地域の会社が分担して交差点に立ち、ドライバーに対して交通安全を呼びかけています。当社は、毎月30日に稲沢市祖父江町内の馬飼交差点において、この取り組みを実施しています。

"The day for aiming at zero traffic death (September 30, every year)" was established as a new national movement to heighten public awareness of traffic safety. For this national movement, the Inazawa Chamber of Commerce (Aichi Prefecture) has set the 10th, 20th and 30th of every month as the days for zero traffic death and employees of several local companies stand in intersections, making drivers aware of traffic safety. We conduct the activities at the Makai intersection in Sobue-cho, Inazawa City on the 30th of every month.

CSR Activities

「そぶえイチョウ黄葉まつり」は、毎年、愛知県稲沢市内の祐専寺(祖父江町山崎)を中心に開催され、写真コンテスト、俳句大会、イチョウ写生大会などのイベント、銀杏をはじめとする特産品の販売に多くの方が訪れています。当社は、祖父江町総合センター(祖父江町山崎)の会場において、自社製品などを展示し、ご来場された皆様に事業内容などをご紹介しています。

The "Sobue Ginkgo Yellow Leaves Festival" is held around Yusen-ji Temple (Sobue-cho, Yamazaki) in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture every year. Events such as a photographic contest, a haiku competition, a ginkgo sketching competition and sales of special products including ginkgo attract a lot of visitors. In the venue at the Sobue-cho Center (Sobue-cho, Yamazaki), we exhibit our products and introduce our business to visitors.
