Christmas time is one of the most magical occasions of the
calendar year. It is a time to slow down and slip into a slower pace of life,
while surrounding yourself with those you love and cherish.
Whether you are looking to start the day’s festivities early with
breakfast or settle back and feel at home over lunch or dinner, celebrate at Hilton
Brisbane’s Vintaged Bar and Grill.

Enjoy breakfast including Christmas favourites including a selection of seasonal summer
fruits, cereals, yoghurts, fruit mice pies and freshly baked breakfast pastries and
panettone. Hot dishes include glazed Christmas ham, sliced turkey breast, and all your
breakfast favourites with eggs and omelettes cooked to order.

An shared array of assorted fresh Australian seafood served with traditional condiments,
local artisanal hams & cured meats and selected antipasto.
MAIN
Please select from one of the following main courses:
Roast turkey stuffed with chestnuts and onion on crispy potato with Lockyer Valley greens and a dried cranberry jus
or
Roast Berkshire pork loin with crackling, cognac soaked prunes, cabbage and jus on creamy mashed potato (GF)
or
Pan seared Tasmanian salmon with roast beetroots, grilled asparagus, hazelnuts and a brown butter sauce (GF)
or
Darling Downs beef fillet with cheese & bacon hasselback potato, steamed broccolini and a caramelised onion jus (GF)
or
Sautéed mushroom, kale and butternut pumpkin hash with crunchy filo pastry and rocket dressing (VG)
