Hostel Facility/DuesHostel facility is available for FUIEMS students to provide homely and comfortable environment to boys and girls who come from different cities of the country. The accommodation is guarded and fully furnished with all necessary arrangements including furniture, heaters, geysers, TV and electric water cooler etc.
DuesBoarding only :- Students are required to pay Rs. 33,000/- for 06 months in advance for lodging only in addition to Rs. 10,000/- as Hostel Security. The dues may be deposited through Bank Draft in favour of FUIEMS-Hostel.

* Catering has been outsourced. The charges will be intimated by the cafeteria contractor at the time of Admission.
Note:-The students are given a fee deposit schedule at the time of admission and subsequently in December each year.
The schedule generally provides the following information:• A bill for College/University Fee/Hostel dues, indicating cutout date for deposit.• Clinical Charges will be charged in 3rd, 4th and 5th year @Rs.25,000/- per annum.
The fee and the hostel dues, during any year of the MBBS program, are for the period from January to December of that particular year and are not related to the academic session. The hostel, however will remain closed during all scheduled vacations.
Refund of Hostel Fee:If a student decides to leave the hostel during the 1st half of the calendar year and provided he/she gives a month’s notice. (in the form of an application addressed to the Dean/Principal, through proper channel and if approved by the Dean/principal) only then, the hostel dues for the 2nd half of the calendar year will be refunded.
Mode of Payment:• All payments to the college shall be made through crossed bank draft/pay orders payable in favour of
the Foundation University Islamabad.• The students will deposit their dues by means of prescribed challan form available at FUMC. The student
after depositing his/her dues will retain one copy of challan form and submit remaining copies to FUMC Accounts Section for record.
• The fee/hostel dues will not be acceptable through any other means as cash, cheques, money orders or postal orders etc.
• For failure student(s) the tuition fee for only those subject(s) will be charged in which he/she has failed.• A student who deposits the entire fee for 5 years in lump sum will be given 10% discount on Tuition Fee
and will not be changed the inflation factor for the year.

College of Liberal Arts & Sciences
Comprehensive examination followed by thesis submission is mandatory for each student (except B. Ed. Program). The students on completion of degree program will make the following payments:
Thesis Examination fee: Rs. 5,000/- per student for all Masters & M. Phil level Programs Rs. 10,000/- per student for Ph. D. Program.
Comprehensive Examination fee: Rs. 2, 000/- per student (for each attempt) for all Bachelors & Masters level Programs Rs. 5, 000/- per student (for each attempt) for Ph. D & M. Phil Programs
Tuition fee for failed course(s): Rs. 1, 500/- per credit hour, per course for the students who repeat failed course(s).
Notes:
1. The College may revise the Fee Structure from time to time. The revised charges in the Fee Structure will be intimated well in time to all concerned and will be applicable to all the students of FUCLAS.
2. The students are given a fee deposit schedule at the time of admission and subsequently in December each year. The schedule generally provides the following information:
• The last date for depositing the fee/dues.
• The last date for depositing the fee/dues with a specified fine (in case the fee/dues are not deposited by the specific time). The name of the student will be struck off the College rolls, if he/she does not pay the dues by the specified time. The readmission of the student will only be considered after due approval of Principal of the College.
Mode of Payment:
• All payments to the College shall be made through crossed bank drafts/pay orders, payable in favor of the Foundation University Islamabad.
• The students will deposit their dues by means of prescribed challan form available in the designated branches of Muslim Commercial Bank/FUCLAS Accounts Office.
• The student after depositing his/her dues will retain one copy of challan form and submit remaining copies to FUCLAS Accounts Office for record.
Refund of Fee Policy(All FUI Institute/Colleges)
• Admission fee will not be refunded in any case.
• Security money is to be refunded to the student provided there are no outstanding dues against him. He has to apply in writing to cease his/her admission if he/she wants to get security back before the completion of the program.
• Refund of Tuition Fee (Semester System). In case of cancellation of admission by a student, the tuition fee may be refunded as per following rates:
a. If the student’s application is received by the Institute/College = 100% 7 clear working days before the commencement of classes.
b. Duringfirstweekofclasses = 50%
c. DuringSecondWeekofclasses = 25%
d. After second week = Nil
• Refund of Tuition Fee of a Failed Student (Semester System). If a student fails in the required exam whose result was not available at the time of admission, such student must immediately apply to the Institute/College concerned regarding refund of tuition fee. 100% tuition fee of such students will be refunded if application is received within one week of announcement of result. After one week of declaration of result no tuition fee is to be refunded.
• Refund of Hostel Fee. If a student decides to leave the hostel during the 1st half of the calendar year and provided he/she gives a month’s notice (in the form of an application addressed to the Dean/Principal, through proper channel), the hostel dues for the 2nd half of the calendar year will be refunded.
• No adjustment of tuition fee is allowed.
• No adjustments are allowed out of the security amount of the student before the completion of the degree program.
