not homeless but have identified  needs Questionnaires will be reviewed by Title I

district staff and shared with schools

◦HEART - Homeless Education Assistance Resource Team Have a homeless family or any questions regarding

homeless students contact 494-1569 or PX 81569 Website is current and has contact information for

the Social Service Facilitators New facilitator, Vernell Williams-Desrosier, joined

team this year to serve the Glades area Foster care liaison, Laura Shoemaker, is part of

HEART
