A two part test is used to determine whether we can incorporate a green mandate within a schedule: First, determine whether there is an existing EPA, Energy,
or Independent Third Party Standard appropriate for incorporation.
Second, determine if there is a sufficient source of supply from countries with reciprocal trade agreements.

FSSI for Print Management Services Solicitation for Print Management FSSI have been issued! Seven behavioral changes identified and shared with OMB/OFPP carry
substantial cost savings and environmental benefits. All devices must be Energy Star certified. Minimum EPEAT rating thresholds for printers and copiers will be
incorporated once finalized by EPA. Devices will be required to have optimized default ‘sleep’ mode. Requirements to drive minimization of packaging material. Machines will be required to have optimized default ‘duplex’ printing. Separate CLIN for devices with most advanced sustainable technologies.
