Not just the lesson in a book, Or how the rivers flow, But to choose the proper path, Wherever they may go. To understand eternal truth, And know right from wrong, And gather all the beauty ofA flower and a song, For if I help the world to grow In wisdom and grace, Then I feel that I have won And I have filled my place. And so I ask your guidance, God That I may do my part, For character and confidence And happiness of heart. -James J. MetcalfEach week the kids learn a new spiritual fruit and enjoy a snack, craft, and drama. Music introduces fun songs which support our theme. BIBLE VERSE: Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” God will help us to exhibit this fruit in our lives when we give our lives to him, and trust him to hel us. • Each month we will introduce to a NEWTEACHER/WORKER . You will find out all kinds ofinteresting things about them! • We look forward to meeting all of you, and are sending home an information sheet to help us minister to your family in better ways. Please return this with your child. Thank you! February 2011 Car Race Offering Contest Join in on the “CAR RACE” offering contest.
