We are excited to share that Trinity and Santa Cruz have received a very generous donation from Roger and Donna Germundson. Roger has been an instrumental part in the work between both congregations here at Trinity and a strong supporter of our joint mission. Roger and Donna want to make sure that we not only continue to unite with each other, but also with the greater community we are a part of. They have donated $5000 toward our new “Unity Fund” and they challenge each and everyone of us to join them in support of this great adventure! Remember, “Coming together is a beginning, Staying together is progress, And working together is success.” -Henry Ford Energy Improvements on the way! Thanks to a grant from the Energy Trust of Oregon, we will be getting over $11,000 worth of improvements to lighting, thermostats and more for less than $300. We also thank a member who has contributed the $300 needed for this project. These improvements will lead to savings on our electricity and gas bills, so we are very thankful for the property committee and church council for getting this project arranged! Ash Wednesday 2020 Trinity, Santa Cruz and The Living Table will be hold Ash Wednesday services on February 26 at noon, 4 pm and 7 pm. All services will be bilingual.

Hands and Hearts Workshop
Come and join Hands and Hearts Thursday, February 13, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. We will be making fidget quilts and giving them to CherryWood Memory Care. A fidget quilt or activity blanket is a lap quilt that provides sensory and tactile stimulation for the restless hands of someone with Alzheimer's and/or other forms of dementia. Joy Johnson has generously made the quilts and we will sew items on them by hand. No experience or special skills needed. We need donations of 3/4" or larger buttons, large plastic or wood beads, ribbons of any kind, jewelry of any kind, hair ties, gloves, bracelets, keys. and parachute cord. Donated items can be placed in the Hands and Hearts box outside the church office. Thank you in advance for your help. Hope to see you at the workshop.
You are invited to The Living Table! We are a community that meets every Wednesday to share a meal, join in prayer, and participate in activities that enrich
our lives. The evening is a contemporary expression of worship, for
everyone to participate in as they choose. When we gather at the table, it can be for whatever you need: communing, dining,
conversing, or resting your head. We empower our community to share ideas so we can
collaborate in the process of trying and experimenting. Even in our failures, we know the process will enrich our lives.
We invite you to learn more about this community by joining us on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm.

Midweek Lent: Self-Confidence This will start our 5-week Lenten series: Mending Together. We will join Trinity
and Holy Cross/Santa Cruz as we see how the Lenten season gives us an opportunity
to build bridges and heal relationships.
