Control found that teenagers who watched five or more hours of
television a day were six times more likely to acquire this habit
than their peers who watched less than two hours of TV a

A. SmokingThe study found that the more TV teen watched, the
more likely they were to begin smoking. The researchers were
especially concerned with the positive portrayal of smoking in
music videos. Another study found rap music videos to be the
biggest offenders in this area.
