generous donations of our 85 food drive
partners, those who donated at the 97.1 The

efforts of dozens of volunteers.
During the holiday season, 451 families in
unique circumstances were identified and
matched with local individuals and
businesses who wanted to make the
holidays merry & bright for these families.
HELP of Southern Nevada is grateful to
have the opportunity to work with every
sponsor – some for over five years, making
it a holiday family tradition - and thankful to
those who were first-time participants.

DONATE $100 TO HELP BUILD THE NEW
SHANNON WEST HOMELESS YOUTH CENTER
This year, HELP of Southern Nevada will
break ground on a new Shannon West
Homeless Youth Center, relocating our
youth from the homeless corridor and
increasing our beds from 65 to 110.
HELP's 65 beds represent 44% of the
existing accommodations in Las Vegas for
housing homeless youth. With a bigger
and better facility, we can help more
youth. This is why the need is so great.
How can you help? You can give the gift of community. When you encourage your family,
friends and colleagues to provide financial support, together we can build a new center for our
youth and meet this great need. If 1,000 HELP supporters each asked 50 friends to give
$100, we can raise $5,000,000 to build the New Shannon West Homeless Youth Center.
