We can keep our campus safe V CU has seen a decrease in robberies in the past year! What’s making the difference? A more visible police presence and a community that knows “Awareness is Prevention.” Being watchful and calling VCU Police to report suspicious behavior are two keys to person- al safety. Let’s continue working together to keep our campus safe. Here are some more safety tips. Protect yourself and others USE YOUR PHONE: 828-1234. If you see or hear something or someone out of place — if you think “hmm, that’s weird” — don’t stall. Call the police immediately: 828-1234. When in doubt, err on the side of making the call. The police would rather you call them right away even it turns out to be nothing than let some- thing go that later harms you or someone else.
