This category was chosen because the overall theme of “opportunities for improvement” noted throughout the systems portfolio were in the area of process and, particularly, in evaluation of process and evaluation of outcomes.

Develop action project for analysis of data related to institutional processes

Incorporate PIE process into campus procedures Develop continuous improvement training plan

Appoint CQI Task Force to develop training plan for year

Revise PIE process to PIED (Plan, Implement, Evaluation, Debrief)
