Tips for Thriving During Deployment:

Many military spouses going through deployments all say the same thing. “I never seem to have enough time to do anything, or I don’t know what to do.” This class will give you great tips on how to not only survive a deployment, but how to thrive through it. Come meet other spouses who understand what you are going through, and take away tidbits to turn the deployment into an opportunity for personal growth!

The class will be held on Tuesday, February 22nd at MCFTB Office from 1800-1930. FREE childcare provided.

Please contact Nicole Bright-Hardee at 228-7311 or [email protected] to register.

When going through a deployment it can be hard

to get your children to talk about their feelings and

emotions. This is why it’s beneficial that parents learn

to speak their children’s language. It’s called play!

This class will focus on informing parents of ways

to communicate with their children through engaging

activities. Parents will receive tools and resources on

how to help your children better cope with a

deployment. The class will cover information for all

age groups.

The class will be held on Saturday, February 19th at

MCFTB House (487 Laurel Bay Blvd.) from 1000-1130.

FREE on-site childcare provided with advance

registration.

Please contact Nicole Bright-Hardee to register at:

228-7311 or [email protected].
