In Mrs. Cashion’s “Principles of Business, Marketing and Finance class, students participated in a cool team building activity. They had to build towers with the main
components being marshmallows and raw spaghetti. Teams competed against each other in a friendly competition seeing whose tower was the tallest and which could stand for at
least 30 seconds. Looks like a great way to start the semester.

WORD GAMES!
In Ms. Street’s RTI class, students were given 12 words and instructed to use Google Apps to collaborate on a creative writing project that included those
words. Here is the submission from one group (members included Chriscerica Reyes, Miranda Salazar, Jazmin Perez, and Madeline Houghton).
The circus was the coolest thing you could do every year. The tickets
were cheap and the food was good. This town would have a circus every
year at the beach. Last year when I went to the beach for the yearly
circus it was at night and you could see the stars and feel the soft sand on
your feet. From where I was standing I could see the blue liquids of the
ocean water. My mom made me wear a Polo shirt though and I had to
take my cell phone so my mom could keep track of me. My favorite part
of the show was when the tight rope walker walked across the rope in a
diamond studded uniform. Best of all when the light hit her uniform she
sparkled like a rainbow. When The the clown came out he brought out a
giant snow machine. Sleet was everywhere. The actors that came also
did a sketch where a guy got arrested and his bale was 50 chickens. ha ha
ha ha ha....lol!!! but before I had all this fun I had to do my math
homework,sadly.
