FEAL-TECHNOLOGY

amorphous alloys applications

Page 2: Feal

Company profileFEAL-Technology was founded in 2002 by experts in metallurgy of precision alloys and instrument engineering.

Within the 10-year period of the Company's existence, an immense amount of research and development work has been done in various industries.

The market strategy is aimed at creation of finished products and systems using amorphous alloys, manufacturing application and delivery to end users.

Thin-film heaters for agriculture

Features:Heaters consist of a resistive polymetallic band in an amorphous state (without a crystal lattice), placed in a layer of polyethylene terephthalate. The product’s distinctive features are high flexibility, high heating capacity, resistance to weather extremes, mechanical, aggressive chemical and other external factors.

Page 4: Feal

Thin-film heaters for agriculture

Advantages: A record heating capacity resulting in super-high

efficiency factor Zero waiting time (turn on and enjoy the heat

immediately) Easy-to-install device (can be installed in any existing

facility, including antiquated) The large share of infrared component in the heat flow

allows for spot heating instead of wasting heat on vast areas of a farm structure

Easy in service and long life (cleaned by conventional methods)

Electric shock safety (operating voltage 12/36 volt) , hence no risk in wet environment

A set of equipment for heating of seats on stands at sports and cultural-public facilities

Technical features:

A viewing stand heating system for up to 48 seats consists of seat heater pads, 35x40 cm – 48 pcs

Wiring and connectors for plugging 1 to 48 seat heater pads to the power circuit.

Each seat heater pad has a cable with a socket-type connector.

Power cabinet with a 12 V transformer and overload protection

Competitive features: The system is easy-to-install (can be installed by a staff

electrician on any type of existing facilities); High heating capacity and instantaneous operation; Simple maintenance and high reliability; Low power consumption; No risk of electric shock (operating voltage 12 to 36 V) Zero hazard; And, last but not least, the seat heater increases the

comfort and attracts more sports fans to stadiums which adds to the sport’s/team’s popularity plus improves the company’s financial performance.

Our seat heater is unique, because, currently, we are not aware of similar innovative applications used anywhere else in the world.

Special-purpose heaters for operation in extreme conditions

Technical features: The heating element is made of Al-Si-Fe alloy flat bar

used as a radiator, coated in a cellular thermoplastic jacket (foamed polyurethane).

Effective heating is ensured by the use of high resistance amorphous ribbon

A thermo-switch activated at pre-set temperature 100 to 120 degrees Celsius is optional.

The seat heater is intended for use at temperatures in the interval from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius

Max operating temperature of the heater surface – 120 degrees Celsius

Net weight of the heating element – 1.3 kg/sq. meter Feed voltage – per customer’s request.

Applications: These were developed specially for the RF Ministry of

Defense and for operation in the conditions of the far north.

They are used in a wide range of exposure to climatic, mechanical, aggressive and special factors.

A system of mark identification consisting of amorphous ribbon with preset hysteresis loop parameters

Features:A system of mark identification consisting of amorphous ribbon with preset hysteresis loop parameters is a hardware complex designed for location of hidden markers (marks) at the preset distance, for their identification and, depending on assigned tasks, for sending of a signal to actuating devices (signaling, sorting, interlocking, etc.)

The design is desktop. A version for protection of one or more passages may be available.

The system is completed with a set of original invisible markers (the size is to be coordinated with a Customer).

Advantages: The system allows for remote recognition, protection

and sorting of segmented subjects.

Page 14: Feal

Applications: The system can be used by businesses seeking the

ways to identify own authentic produce or goods supplied by specific vendors, and also as protection against piracy. Potential customers are manufacturers of biological and pharmaceutical products, defense contractors, airspace and service companies.

Ensures confidentiality of the work flow, including control of documents and other items of limited access

Scanning & Verification of documents authenticity (proximity badges, tickets, etc.),
