REMARKS
WHITE CLOUD (formerly New Horizon L) is a 67.30m (220.80ft) superyacht, custom
built in 1983 by Feadship (Van Lent) in Kaag, the Netherlands. She was built for
Dutch millionaire Bram van Leeuwen, also known as Prince de Lignac.
The yacht was Bram van Leeuwen’s fulltime residence. After his death she was
purchased by her current owner, who sent her for a refit in 2004 to Peters Schiffbau
in Germany. She was lengthened and had a new deckhouse added. The interior was
re-decorated with the Studio of Terence Disdale Design, a large jetted spa was added
on the aft deck, and Zero Speed stabilizers were also added. This extensive refit
ended in July 2005.
In 2010, WHITE CLOUD underwent the 25-year marine survey to maintain her in
Lloyd's Classification. Her engine control, machinery and monitoring systems were then upgraded and the exterior was completely refinished.

NARA
When NARA was launched in 1979 she was the 2nd largest Feadship ever built. Yachts have grown substantially in the years since then, but she still
remains an impressive large yacht with good volume and timeless design by De Voogt. She also benefits from being in the same ownership for 30yrs+
and having never been chartered.
NARA has been maintained to the highest standard, with no expense spared in her upkeep. She is both mechanically and cosmetically in mint condition
and has been constantly upgraded (Lloyds Register 100A1). With more guest
cabins than is the norm for a 60m yacht, she should be an attractive proposition for a buyer looking for a classically styled motor yacht offering
generous accommodation. Originally built with a 10 cabin layout, there is no significant expense should a new owner wish to revert to the original layout.
PARAFFIN is exquisite beyond compare to any other Feadship. She was built, finished, detailed and furnished without compromise and as an essentially new yacht, glistens in all aspects. She has proven herself admirably in
extensive cruising already and is offered fully equipped and ready to embark on new adventures.

Built to and classed Lloyds +100A1, +LMC. MCA compliant.
White Awlgrip paint systems throughout.
(5) Watertight compartments.
Last painting: year 2007 - Painting sections: from the water line up to the main deck.
Accommodations
Five double staterooms all with en-suites for Owner and Guests. Five double crew cabins
each with en-suite head and separate Captain’s Cabin behind bridge.
Interior design by John Munford, executed in a modern way, with extensive use of
contrasting combinations of Madrona burr and Anigre woods. The lively, light, bright interior
is complemented by graceful and fun fabrics. An art deco motif is often apparent, yet the interior is a striking example of a classic Feadship interior for the 21st Century.
MAIN DECK
Dual windlasses and boson’s store forward.
The master stateroom is full width on deck forward with a delightful bathroom forward of
the stateroom. There is a raised central Jacuzzi tub forward with opening skylight above. Toilet and bidet in a separate room to port, and large steam shower to starboard.
Down two steps to the vanity area on the centerline with his and her sinks.
Extensive closet storage on both sides of the stateroom. There is a desk on the starboard
side, a 3 place couch aft, and extensive vanity areas to port. The entertainment center is
forward and a king sized berth on the centerline aft.
Further aft on the starboard side of the main deck is a family breakfast room looking out
through large windows to the water. A versatile room, it could also be used as an office, or
a private cocktail bar for the Owner as it has a mini fridge. A day bathroom is forward in the magnificent foyer which has a spiral staircase up.
The main deck galley is to port, with central island and large serving pantry aft. A central
crew corridor on the centerline passes the galley inboard, accessing the crew quarters below
and the bridge above. This feature enables huge windows in the galley, a chef’s dream! A dumb waiter services the pantry in the sky lounge above.
The dining salon is forward in the main salon and open to it. An oval table for 10 has chairs surrounding and outboard china cabinets, under the deep windows.
The light and airy main salon with lots of windows has couches both sides with easy chairs
around coffee tables, a desk in the aft starboard corner, and central foyer/staircase to the
lower deck guest accommodations. Glass doors are either side of the foyer/vestibule and
access out to the open, covered aft deck, which has seating around tables, either side of
the wide shallow staircase down to the swim platform and dive lazarette.
LOWER DECK
Crew accommodations in five staterooms, all with en suite baths, for 10 crew, plus
Captain behind the bridge. Four upper and lower twin bunk cabins forward all with bathrooms. Engineer’s cabin aft to port with en suite bathroom and work desk.
The crew mess is spacious and located aft of the cabins to starboard, with laundry aft,
and walk in refrigerators and freezers opposite. Below deck is extensive wine, spare parts,
and dry storage area.
The guest accommodations are located aft of the engineer’s control room and central
engine room. They are panelled as the rest of the yacht in Madrona burr and Anigre with fabric inserts.
This generously laid out area has two queen bed staterooms forward, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub forward, which isolates them from engine room noise.
Audio-visual equipment and individual air-conditioning controls and safe complete each guest stateroom.
Further aft are two additional guest suites, each with twin berths, audio-visual
equipment, and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
This lower deck guest area is accessed from the central staircase exiting at the aft end of the main salon.
UPPER DECK
Forward walk-around ahead of the wheelhouse, with crew walkway over the top to the
foredeck. Wheelhouse beautifully arranged with chart table in aft port corner under
electrical panels, 3-place settee on the centerline, and office area aft to starboard.
Captain’s cabin with centerline queen berth, desk and work area, and en-suite bathroom with stall shower.
An interesting and attractive feature of NOA VII is the large 6.5 meter tender storage bay
aft of the wheelhouse on the port side. This feature keeps all the owners deck areas free of unsightly tenders.
A central staircase from the main deck enters the beautiful sky lounge which has many
large deep windows either side. There is a separate pantry forward to port. There is a three
seat free standing bar to the port side and easy chairs around a coffee table further aft. To
starboard is a long couch and easy chairs around another coffee table. There are display
cabinets in each aft corner and large glass doors, complimenting the bright, spacious feel,
out to the dining deck.
There is a teak dining table, inlaid with Corian and stainless steel, suitable for 12 persons to
dine outside. This table is properly covered by the sun deck overhead so as to be protected from the sun and rain. Wing doors protect this dining deck from wind.
Additional teak furniture is aft for lounging. There is access down to the main deck on the
port side.
SUN DECK
Four person reclining sun pad forward to port side. Further aft to port a raised lounging
area in the shade, under a composite hardtop. This area has a radar arch over, and a BBQ
and bar. A large Jacuzzi is further aft on the centerline, and an inflatable RIB with separate davit is all the way aft. Staircase down to the aft bridge deck dining area.

11. COMMENTS
This superb 47.55 meter six cabin Feadship was built in 1999 at the Van Lent yard.
She accommodates up to twelve guests in six ensuite cabins; there is an incredible light and airy feel throughout the yacht, especially in the full width
owner's suite and both the salons thanks to the extra large windows. The sun deck is most impressive/ comparable to 50+ meter yachts.
In 2010 the owners have invested a considerable amount of money in a complete interior refurbishment; freshen up of the whole boat; total refit of
the galley and laundry including new appliances; upgrades to audio/ video
entertainment systems throughout; they have also ordered two new 23' Castoldi tenders in November and a lot more.
'PRINCESS TOO' is in lovely condition throughout and offered at a most realistic figure. She's VAT paid.

Accommodations
A quintessential Feadship combining the highest quality of construction, great sea keeping,
a clever layout, good interior volume, large exterior deck spaces and large tenders.
Upon boarding there is a large exterior aft deck with a comfortable dining table and sofa
ideal for al fresco dinning. To the starboard side is easy access to the aft swim platform.
Entering the main salon on the main deck there is a calm ambiance typical of a Terrance
Disdale interior. Carpets and soft furnishings were changed in 2010 giving a fresh and
slightly more modern feel to the yacht. The main salon is comfortable and bright with a
large coffee table in the middle, comfortable sofas to the port side and directly ahead facing
aft, you will find two arm chairs. Immediately forward of this space is the main dining room
with immediate access to the pantry on the port side and the main galley down below for
easy serving. This whole area is fairly “open plan”, ideal for hosting guests throughout the year.
Forward and to the port side is a small lobby and then a very large guest accommodation
area. This is one of the best features of this yacht. A large Owner’s office with a very large
walk in wardrobe immediately forward. From here there is separate access to two joining
large en-suite cabins. This whole area on the main deck can either be used as a very large
Owners apartment or allow for an Owner and VIP stateroom both on the main deck. The
lower deck Guest Accommodation is equally as spacious. To the aft are two staterooms with
double and twin beds on the starboard and port side respectively. Immediately forward and
on the starboard side is a slightly smaller twin cabin ideal for children, staff or guests. The
two twin staterooms are mirror images to one another. The large area and lower salon in
between the 5 guest staterooms is a wonderful feature offering an extra area for the guests
to relax.
On the bridge deck the captain’s cabin is aft of the bridge to the port side, and on the
starboard side we find the ship’s office, a day head and access to the bridge deck
Skylounge. This is space is much loved by Owners and guests offering great views and
immediate access to the boat deck. Here we find to large tenders and a magnificent area
immediately to aft. This whole deck is serviced by a pantry with access to the main deck
pantry and main galley. Again this deck is and can be used while cruising or at anchor or to
host a large number of guests, particularly when the tenders are removed. The sundeck
offers a very private area for relaxing, enjoying the sun while sunbathing or in the Jacuzzi
and offering guests 360 degree views when the ship is under way or approaching
picturesque coves and ports. Finally the crew area and crew mess are comfortable with a dedicated laundry area and easy access to all guest areas for smooth service.
X truly offers her Owners and guests anything they could want from a yacht this size and
more. Ideal for cruising in popular summer destinations but also capable of world cruising.
Sleek lines, elegant proportions, comfortable accommodation, ample interior and exterior
guest areas and a functional and clever layout.

than her 131’. The main salon, with her original rich wood finish, creates the feel of a luxuriously appointed home.

A formal starboard entrance is amidships, opening to a beautiful curved bar and barseating.
Forward is the entrance to the galley, access to the pilothouse stairs and the lower crew
quarters/engine room. Further forward, well separated is the entrance to the on Deck Master Stateroom. A Day Head is conveniently located aft of the Bar area.

and sanitary facilities, all done in a beautiful marble. The center-line king bed has a
panoramic view from both port and starboard windows, while directly forward isentertainment and two large walk in closets.
MAIN SALON and DINING SALON, are both considerably larger than one would expectin a
yacht this size, and are located amidships aft, with the Dining Salon offering both guest
dining with storage for the various fine china, crystal and silver.
A few steps aft to the Main Salon, with original Feadship joinery, and featuring a beautiful
long curved couch, matching arm chairs on port. An original curved, built in bookcase by

offers the re-arrangement of the beds to be singles or full king. Ensuite bath and large
closet.
The aft most stateroom is one that is traditionally found on a canoe stern yacht, which
follows the curve of the hull. This allows for large single beds on both sides, an ensuite bath
and two large closets, while also offering the most floor space of any the guest
staterooms. The entire guest stateroom area is finished to Feadship standards and wood work.
Pilothouse

placement of equipment, the quality of materials used and the excellent access to all
important areas of the machinery spaces, a Feadship engine room has no rivals. It is
apparent why marine engineers prefer to work on these yachts. Beyond the normal high
quality machinery spaces, SEAGULL’S engine room has been maintained to the highest
standards possible and shows the high level of pride taken by the chief engineer,
captain,and owner.

curve of the canoe stern, with a matching curved coffee table. In the center of this expansive space resides a round glass topped table with seating for 10.
GUEST STATEROOMS
Five guest staterooms are located on the lower deck:
After going down the traditional Feadship staircase and proceed forward, there are two
mirror image staterooms, port and starboard. These offer the option of either twin beds or
with a quick adjustment, a king bed stateroom. Both have entertainment centers and large ensuite bath with stall shower.
Aft of these staterooms is the smallest of the guest staterooms, with a pair of single berths
arranged in an over/under fashion. Regardless of being the smallest, this area still offers a
large closet and ensuite head with stall shower.
In the passage way aft there is both linen and towel storage.
Opposite the staircase is the Fourth guest stateroom, which like the two forward staterooms
offers the re-arrangement of the beds to be singles or full king. Ensuite bath and large closet.
The aft most stateroom is one that is traditionally found on a canoe stern yacht, which
follows the curve of the hull. This allows for large single beds on both sides, an ensuite bath and two large closets, while also offering the most floor space of any the guest staterooms.
The entire guest stateroom area is finished to Feadship standards and wood work.

GO
This 39-meter turnkey superyacht offers you a rare opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind
Feadship of the finest pedigree. Go encapsulates the awesome standards of quality and
comfort that have made Feadship the brand of choice in the luxury motor yacht market. The
interior of the lounges and owners stateroom have been beautifully redecorated by SINOT
SIRENUSE is a true classic Feadship with a range of 4,500 nautical miles. Now offered for sale for the first time since a major 2004 year-long refit brought her back to her former glory. Unusual in the Feadship fleet, the
current owners used the boat extensively for marine research. With four
young children on board, their teacher, and many visiting marine biologists, they studied the whales in the Bay of Fundy, sharks in the Pacific Ocean, and
the waters of the Galapagos. They even received special permission to study the reefs off Cuba during which time they hosted Anderson Cooper for a 60
Minutes episode that discussed the unusual health of the Cuban reefs. The refit in 2004 was done with the owners’ passion for marine research in mind-
while still providing the family with the luxury of a yacht and full crew. They installed twin sets of bunk beds in the original VIP cabin, a small
nanny/teacher’s cabin and a main deck library. The exterior, however, is pure Feadship, and her lines are some of the most handsome in the 126’
length. Further capital improvements were undertaken in 2010, including a
improvements were undertaken in 2010, including a new stark white paint job and running gear. SIRENUSE is ready once again to take to the high seas.
Aft Deck
The aft deck, which can be air conditioned or heated, is enclosed with removable Eisenglass
on the stern. Two large sliding windows are on the port and starboard sides. There is dining
for 12 at a custom-built teak table, plus a large settee built into the transom. A wet bar on
the starboard side has a copper sink, icemaker beneath and a double-drawer beverage
fridge. On the port side are cupboards to store outdoor dinnerware. Beside these cupboards
is a locker with VHF and room for various small supplies. Both port and starboard side decks
have teak doors to keep out the weather. A swim platform, added during the refit, is
accessed via a curved stairway from the aft deck. Access to the lazarette, which has been
kitted out like a professional level dive shop, is accessed by a large door on the swim
platform. Port and starboard capstans aid in docking, and a firehose is located on the
starboard side, along with a fresh water outlet. Full walk-around decks with high side rails
offer safety and ease of access to the foredeck area. Access to the Salon is through two
large sliding teak and glass doors.
Salon
The Main Salon and Dining Area are all in one. The teak interior is in excellent condition and
is a lovely rich color. With a beam of 25 feet, SIRENUSE has a spacious living area. A
recessed flat screen TV on the starboard side allows for wonderful entertainment viewing.
Most of the furniture here is loose; all replaced during the refit, when the overheads were
redone and new recessed lighting was installed. The port side has built-in air conditioning.
Large windows in the Salon –four opening fully for ventilation and ocean breezes- allow for
excellent views. The dining table seats 12 and is separated from the Salon by a large
custom-built sideboard with six very large drawers. On the forward bulkhead are numerous
storage cupboards with frosted-glass fronts for china and dining utensils. There is also a large desk with six drawers on the starboard side of the Salon.
Just forward of the Dining Area is a hallway on the starboard side that allows outside access
to the wrap around deck, access to the dayhead, and access to the library. The day head
has slate floor, a full shower and another door to what is currently used as a library.
Library
Forward of the day head is a door to the library, with an unusual square paneled bulkhead
aft, a writing desk with four drawers, book shelves and full height lockers forward. There is
a flat screen TV on the inboard bulkhead and a door to the day head, and outboard two
large windows, one of which is operable. There is also a full-sized pull out sofa for additional
sleeping. The closet contains a large selection of DVD's and some audio/video gear. This
space could be converted into an additional cabin, making use of the full day head. This
room has previously also been used as a gym.
A hallway with three storage closets is located between the library and the stew galley, which also allows for access to the port side deck.
Stew Galley
Continuing forward on the main deck before you head down to the crew area is a Stew
Galley featuring a Jenn Air side-by-side fridge/freezer, a small under-counter fridge/freezer,
steel sink with Grohe faucet and a large Corian topped counter. One large fixed window
overlooks the port side deck. Stew Galley is air conditioned and partitioned off by a sliding
door for privacy.
Children's Classroom
All the way forward, past the Stew Galley, is the Children’s' Classroom, with large opening
windows and a wood parquet floor. Under Forbes’ ownership this was the formal dining
room. Glass-faced cabinets are on the forward bulkhead. There are numerous teak lockers
and drawers throughout the room. All fixtures are still in place, and this space could very
easily be converted back to a stately formal dining room, audio/visual space, library, or on-deck stateroom.
There is also a locker just outside the Classroom.
Galley
The galley is located down the same set of stairs to the crew area. The galley features four
fridges, a large sink with disposal, and two commercial Viking ovens with four burner
stovetops. There is also a dishwasher and Kitchen Aid microwave. The galley features 3 portholes, storage cabinets, and storage below.
Bridge
The bridge features two high, comfortable settees behind the wheel providing guests the
best spot for viewing marine life breaching the surface. On the port side aft is a
computer/navigation room. There are also doors both port and starboard to access the deck.
Sun Deck
Stepping out of the bridge onto the upper deck, there are both port and starboard wing
controls to aid in docking and tight maneuvering. There is a large amount of storage under
the Portuguese bridge, accessed by locker doors. Moving aft on the port side, one passes
the funnel which originally housed the dry stack. This has been converted to storage space,
as the exhausts were re-routed to lead out underwater in 2005. The radar mast has various
antennas with two aft-facing flood lamps. Two sunfish-type sailing dinghy’s are stored on
top of the coach house roof. On the boat deck between the two tenders is a portable
Aluminum 100-gallon gas tank. There are two 12-person SOLAS SURVIVOR life rafts. All the
way aft one finds built-in seating with ample storage, a gas grill, as well as a stairway which
accesses the port side deck. Additionally, there are 4 teak chaise lounges, as well as large,
professional freezers to add to additional gourmet food capacity for long trips.
On the port side, forward of the tenders, beside the old dry stack is a walk-in storage locker for all the exterior deck cushions.
Tenders
The two tenders are held in place with fittings that can be removed for a flush finish deck.
The smaller tender is an AB 19-foot with a new Yamaha 4-stroke 115 hp. The larger tender
is a custom-built Kevlar 21-foot center console built by Dolphin with a T-top, Powered by a
Yamaha 250 hp. Both tender cranes were re-built new during the refit and are 4,200 pound
capacity. Both tenders and cranes, along with the horn and spotlights, have grey canvas covers.
Accommodations
On the starboard aft side of the Salon, located just behind the television, is a curved
stairway that leads to the owners and guest accommodations.
During the 2004 refit the original twin aft cabins were converted into one large children’s'
cabin with twin sets of bunk beds both containing numerous drawers beneath. A daybed,
along the starboard side, doubles as a couch. A large bookshelf with cupboards underneath
is to starboard. Three nightstands containing three drawers each are on the aft bulkhead, as
well as a small writing desk. The port head was made into a large walk-in closet, with a set
of drawers on each side. All piping and plumbing fixtures were capped off in the bilge, so
this area could be returned to an additional head if required. There is, however, an en-suite
head on the starboard side of the cabin, which features a bath and shower surrounded by
white tile, and a teak vanity topped with granite. Toilet is VacuFlush. There is also an additional hanging locker on the port side of the cabin.
Moving forward down the guest hallway, immediately to the left is a guest cabin featuring
two single beds, each with two drawers beneath, separated by a dresser with eight drawers.
A Pullman is above the inboard bed, and a hanging locker is to port. Two large port lights
with blackout slide shades are in this cabin, which is lit by overhead Halogen lights
throughout. This cabin features its own head with a tub and shower, mosaic floor tile and a
single hand basin with a granite vanity top.
Across from the cabin with single beds is a cabin with a single bed, half-height hanging
locker for storage and a hull port light, making this cabin light and inviting and ideal for a nanny or use as a child's room.
Furthest forward is the full-beam Master, featuring a king-sized bed with a large upholstered
silk headboard, and nightstands, each with three drawers, on either side. To starboard is a
large vanity/desk with three drawers on each side. To port is a built in bureau with 20
drawers and a teak top running the entire depth of the cabin, just below the port lights.
There is also an oversized chair. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV on the aft
bulkhead as well as a small cabinet under the TV. In addition, there are two full-height
hanging closets. The en-suite head is on the starboard side aft, featuring white marble and
custom glass mosaic tile, a shower/tub combination and double hand basins.
A linen closet is located in the hallway.
Crew Accommodations
.
Captain's Cabin
Just aft of the bridge, on the starboard side, is the Captain's cabin with a queen-sized bed
with under- bed storage as well as a writing desk and full-size closet. There are two large windows - one that opens, plus air conditioning and an en-suite head with shower.
On the port side of the bridge is the Captain's office, complete with computer, chart drawers, printer and various radio equipment.
Crew Lounge
Down eleven stairs from the main deck, just aft of the Children’s Classroom is the crew
area. A large U-shaped settee allows plenty of dining and lounging space. There is also
storage below and behind the settee. A TV also houses the security video camera function. There is a sink, ice maker, and under-counter fridge.
Crew Quarters
There are three crew cabins -the two forward have bunk-beds, en-suite heads and closets. The aft cabin has bunk-beds, a locker, and the full head is located across the hallway.
Under these cabins, accessed by lifting steps in the crew hallway, is the ship's pantry - a
full-headroom dry-storage area which also contains the bow thruster unit and air compressor.
Also in the crew area is the laundry room with two Fridgaire washers and two dryers, an
ironing press, and two Nuline drawer fridges with two sub-zero freezers above. There is also a sink, cabinet space, and two portholes.
There is also a door to the engine room just outside the laundry room.

Capital improvements done at Knight & Carver, San Diego, June-July 2005:
Converted dry exhaust to a wet exhaust system
Due to soot exiting the dry stacks and covering the boat, both the main engines and
generators were converted to a wet system. The conversion had the extra benefit of
creating a large area of storage in the fiddley and in the stack area.
The ventilation system in the engine room was modified to increase the amount of
air flow to the engine compartment.
The sauna/steam room in the owner's area was remodeled to a single sleeping cabin.
It now has its own AC/heating system as well.
When the boat was hauled, the bottom was painted, zincs replaced, valves serviced and prop-speed applied to the shafts and props.
Exclusions

excluded from the sale. A detailed inventory list of exclusions will be provided pursuant to a purchase agreement.

As the world's only modern 30 metre Feadship, LA MASCARADE is quite simply unique. Despite her size, she was built specifically to include all of the
attributes of a 50 metre yacht. Her bright, chic interior has an air of elegance, providing the perfect surroundings for tranquility and calm.
Terence Disdale's design is an eclectic combination of unusual surfaces, materials and textures including silver leaf, apricot silk, gloss lacquer,
varying shades of fawn and taupe, light oak and pale wool carpets. Outside, the fly bridge and sundeck feature two aft dining tables, providing seating
for 12 guests, and a large coffee table. The large sofa areas can be
converted into sun beds and can be covered by a removable awning. All in all, a blissful and serene holiday awaits you on this chaming yacht.

Comments
LA MASCARADE was designed to fit her owners berth in the South of France. Although this
entailed her being exactly 30m in length the owner also desired the attributes of a 50m
version. A combination of attributes from her speed, extreme sound insulation and volume
are unprecedented in a yacht of her size. Plus a lazarette large enough to house a 15’
tender. To keep the weight to a minimum, aluminium was used for the hull while the radar
arch and much of the sun deck were made from composite. Two specially developed types
of foam-insulated plywood were introduced and marble weight was halved by using
honeycomb. The result is a yacht that offers economy of scale without compromising the
intrinsic quality and facilities of a much larger yacht.

ZaZu is one of the finest examples of a classic canoe stern motoryacht.
Having been extensively restored and upgraded by her present owners who have addressed structural, mechanical and cosmetic issues, this charming
yacht has the best of all worlds: reliability, seaworthiness, fuel economy, and the eye appeal of her renown Dutch pedigree, combined with the flair of
a new Art Deco interior and a vast array of contemporary amenities. Fully outfitted for luxury charters, ZaZu will please anyone looking for a vessel
that can help earn her keep or for anyone wanting a yacht they can be proud to call their own. Motivated two boat owner!
custom cabinets for electronics and a separate chart table with five drawers for chart
storage. Additional shelves were added in 2004 as well as a teak and holly sole. Two new
Stidd helm chairs finished in soft light cream leather were installed in the Spring of '08.
Moving aft to starboard is the large galley completely refitted in 1999 with new appliances,
stainless steel counter tops and teak cupboards. Additional shelves were added after 2003
as well as a new refrigerator / freezer. Outboard of the galley on the port side is a
companionway which leads from the pilothouse to the dining room/main salon. A small
office with desk, chair and telephone is located here in an alcove. Just aft of the office is an on-deck day head/powder room. Teak and holly soles were added here as well in 2004.
Salon and Aft Deck
Just aft of the dining area is the main salon which features authentic art deco furniture and
accessories that have been acquired by the present owners. In the port aft corner is an
antique radio cabinet and a faux bookcase which houses the components for the
entertainment system. Mounted overhead in a teak custom built cabinet is a 42" NEC flat
screen TV which drops down for easy viewing. Underneath this cabinet is the companionway
with a remodeled teak and black balustrade which leads to the master and guest
accommodations below. In the opposite corner of the salon against the aft bulkhead is a
player piano. In the middle of the aft end of the salon between full length windows is a teak
and glass door which leads to the spacious, open and covered aft deck.
Across the canoe stern of the aft deck, there is built-in cushioned seating. In front of this is
a teak dining table. Outboard to starboard is a teak cabinet with icemaker and drawers for
bar accessories and drinks. The teak deck here is varnished - all of which make this area a
lovely spot for outdoor dining. In addition, there is a canvas extension to the aft overhead.
On the port forward side of the aft deck is a ladder which leads up to the boat deck and
flybridge.
Dining
During an 18 month restoration beginning in 2004, the interior teak paneling on the main
deck level was refinished in high gloss varnish. Black accent moldings on teak valances were
added above the windows to port and starboard as well as Deco wall sconces to give both
the dining salon and main salon an Art Deco finish. The dining salon now has a beautiful
Brazilian Rosewood dining table with six upholstered chairs and a matching Rosewood
sideboard with storage for wine and crystal. Across the forward bulkhead are cabinets which
have been reconfigured to store stemware as well as china. A display alcove between the
cabinets has been faced in Onyx. To starboard is a teak wet bar with brass sink, granite
countertop, bottle storage, new icemaker and refrigerator for beer, wine, & soft drinks. Two
of four windows on each side of the dining and main salons are the original "Kerfort" type
and can be opened.
Galley
The galley is on the starboard side of the main deck just aft of the pilothouse. In 1999 the
entire galley was removed and all new appliances were installed. New teak shelves were added after 2004.
Equipment includes:

Master Stateroom
A stairwell from the port side of the main salon leads below to a large full beam master
stateroom aft. It has a king size bed with drawers underneath. Outboard to port and
starboard of the bed are built-in cabinets with onyx countertops. Forward of the cabinets on
both sides of the stateroom are large, louvered, double door closets. Over the head of the
bed is an antique art deco mirror. Above the foot of the bed, mounted on the overhead in a
custom varnished teak cabinet, is a 42" flat screen TV that lowers. Next to the starboard
side of the bed is a control box for the Night Vision, Low Light and Color Surveillance
system. This system has 5 on board cameras, hence someone in the master stateroom can
see anyone boarding or disembarking, can scan the horizon for 350 degrees, look astern of
the yacht, or check on what's happening in various areas of the engine room. In addition,
the master stateroom TV can be used as a monitor for the plotter.
In the starboard forward corner of the master stateroom is an en suite head with beautiful
onyx flooring, countertop, and newly redesigned shower. Custom built in 2004 in place of
the original tub / shower, the commodious new shower has a built-in seat. On the forward
port bulkhead of the master is a varnished teak cabinet which can accomodate a full size
massage table. In addition, this stateroom has two large opening ports to port and
starboard.
Guest Staterooms
Two identical guest staterooms are located forward of the master. Each stateroom has two
lower berths with drawers underneath, a 3 drawer bureau between the berths with an
antique Art Deco mirror above it, a Sharp flat screen TV and Sony DVD player, a cedar lined
hanging locker, as well as two opening ports. Both staterooms have en suite heads which
were refurbished in 2004. Heads have beautiful onyx counter tops, floors, fixtures, and large showers with teak grates.
Crew Quarters / Lounge
Below and forward is the crew cabin with: double berth to port with drawers / cabinets
underneath it and a flat screen TV above; single berth to starboard with drawers and
cabinets underneath it; a large opening hatch overhead as well as opening portlights to port
and to starboard. Forward of the cabin is an en suite head with separate shower. Just aft on
the port side is a private single berth cabin. Opposite of this is the crew lounge which now
has a table with stools, a new stainless steel Magic Chef refrigerator / freezer, a Panasonic TV, a long built-in settee with back rest (starboard side) and new carpeting (Spring '08).
Immediately aft of the crew lounge to port and separated by a door is the private captain's cabin with en suite head and shower.
Foredeck
The teak deck was refit in 2006 at the Bennett Brothers Yard in North Carolina. At this time,
most of the steel subdeck was replaced as were many of the deck frames. The new teak
deck on the foredeck has a varnished king plank. A Bosuns locker across the forward part of
the house has been redesigned to have two large top loading doors on gas rams for easy
access. When set up with teak deck furniture, this area is an excellent spot for sunbathing, relaxing, or fishing while at anchor.
Boat Deck
The aft end of the boat deck has a raised, semicircular bulwark. Around the front of the
bulwark are removable, light weight waterproof seats which fit together to make a semi-
circular settee. In front of the "settee" is a portable hot tub.
Forward of the hot tub and mounted on the centerline is a heavy duty MarQuipt davit. To
port of the davit on chocks is the Novurania 18' tender. Ahead of the davit is the yacht's dry
stack with exhaust pipes for the main engines and generators. On the deck to port and
starboard are frigibar refrigerator / freezers. Outboard to port and starboard are the
liferafts. All the way forward is the flybridge helm station with a pedestal seat and wheel
steering.

New to market.
A proven classic Feadship.
Launched as 'EXACT' in 1964 and specially designed to be the committee yacht for the 1964 America's Cup race. She was later named ANOATOK where she was lovingly owned by the same family for 22 years. She is well know having cruised extensively along the Eastern Seaboard, Gulf of Mexico and throughout the Caribbean.
She is now available for sale for the new owner to continue the refit to put her back into her days of glory. Currently all of the carpeting has been removed and some cabinetry and floorboards in the lower cabins are up to access the inside hull plating for inspection.
This is a mechanically sound vessel having regular maintenance but she requires some attention to the hull plating and pipe work as would be expected in a vessel of this vintage.
She is currently out of the water at Bradford Marine Bahamas ready for any refit work wished to be done and this makes it very easy to inspect and survey. She can also be re floated and transported on her own bottom and power to your location.
Free air transportation for the day can be arranged out of Fort Lauderdale on our company plane as is the case with all our vessels which we have in brokerage.

At the bow of the yacht there is simple and well organized accommodation for two crew,

yacht with ample corian surfaces and massive refrigeration; making serious cooking a reality.
The lower deck saloon leads off this, another new addition for ATALANTA, with comfortable
seating. There is ample light from overhead hatches, generous ports in the hull and it is the perfect place to relax.
Up steps to the deck saloon with wonderful period chairs, panoramic views and a writing
desk. From the deck saloon you access the steering position, on deck, with protected helm and large, comfortable seating areas.
From the deck saloon there are steps down into the aft sleeping accommodation. All this has
been restored to its original condition when ATALANTA was built. There is a spacious
owner’s stateroom aft with heads compartment, and two further guest cabins with upper
and lower berths. There is a further cabin with its own heads compartment; which is also
accessed by the other guest cabins.
The engineroom aboard ATALANTA is accessed from the helm station.

Rebuild History
In 2005 the current owner instructed Dorr Lemmer of Holland to carry out a full refit/rebuild
of ATALANTA. Felix Buytendijk was retained to deal with the interior design. The necessary
steelworks were carried out by Werkvreugde. The technical aspects of the refit were
managed by Beekman, and De Vries built the awnings. The works were carried out between 2006 and 2008 and covered the following aspects:
Superstructure repaint.
Teak deck replacement.
Mast rebuild.
Anchor winch rebuild.
Electronics replacement.
Replacement of the bridge instrumentation area.
Replacement upholstery.
Renewal of galley.
Remodeling of the dining area and saloon.
Replacement biminis.
Electrical wiring and systems replacement.
Fitting of bowthruster.
Fitting of air conditioning.
Fitting watermaker.
This list is by no means exhaustive but does cover the main areas.
Summer 2011
ATALANTA returned to Dorr Lemmer in 2011 for a freshen up. Work completed includes:
Frame in rudder compartment replaced as part of ongoing maintenance programme.
A survey report is available in respect of this area.
Humidity damage in two guest cabins rectified. This was caused by a minor deck leak
which has also been solved. Both cabins were also refurbished.
N.B. A full list of refit works to the yacht, from build to present day, is available on request.
ATALANTA – History
ATALANTA was built for Mr B E Ruys, a ship owner in Rotterdam, and was originally called
SIROCCO. He visited Scheepwerf de Vlijt (a founding part of the Feadship organization) to
see a friend’s yacht under construction and then ordered her, she was hull number 544. She
was built between June 6 1957 and July 19 1958. She was the largest motor yacht launched in 1958.
She is an important part of Holland’s nautical heritage and her rebuild at Dorr Lemmer
reflects and is loyal to this fact.
Collateral material relating to this history is available on request.
Broker’s Remarks
ATALANTA is in sparkling shape. Her sympathetic restoration has been completed to a high
standard and she is maintained carefully. She offers comfortable cruising with all the
modern amenities such as bowthruster and air conditioning, yet with beautiful classic lines that will always turn heads. Her interior is atmospheric and comfortable.
