Directions for Examination

1. Examination Date: 2. Start Time: 9:30 AM

(1) Please s i t at the des ignated seat for the examination before 9:15 AM.

(2) Examinees are not permitted to enter the examination room after thi rty minutes have passed from the start time. No extra time wi l l be ava i lable for examinees who turned up late.

3. Please bring the following to take the examination. (1) This Examination Slip. (parts (1) and (2) must not be detached.) Please make

sure to attach your photo onto the Examination Slip (2). (A snapshot, picture of the applicant with sunglass, and i tems other than photo such as a copy of a

photo are not acceptable.)

(2) Please bring your va l id ID Card with Photo identi fication. (3) Penci l or mechanical pencil (Fountain pen and ballpoint pen are not a l lowed.)

(4) Eraser (5) Watch

Use of calculators and mobile phones are not permitted during the examination. 4. Examination room and seat order

Location of each examination room is displayed on the entrance of the examination

s i te. Please ask exam staff as to any inquiries . Seat order i s displayed in each examination room, and labels with Examinee Number will be placed to indicate the

exact seat.

5. Items to be observed in the examination room (1) Timetable of the examination

Morning Examination Afternoon Examination

9:30 – 12:00 Multiple-choice questions

13:30 – 16:00 Multiple-choice questions

(2) Prohibited time for exit: Examinees are not permitted to leave the examination

room for the first 60 minutes from the s tart of the examination and the fina l 10 minutes of the examination.

(3) Prohibition of re-entry to the examination room: Any examinee that has once

made their exit from the examination room is prohibi ted from reentering the room.

(4) Items that may be placed on the desk: Only the fol lowing i tems shal l be

a l lowed on the desk during the examination, all other i tems must be s towed: Examination Slip (1) and (2) (NOTE: Attendants will collect your examination slip

(2) after the start of the examination.), penci l , penci l sharp ener, eraser, and watch (mobi le phones may not be used as a substi tute of a watch.)

(5) Queries: Any queries concerning the contents of the examination questions will not be answered.

(6) Wrongful acts: Any person who acts wrongfully wi l l be ordered to leave the

examination room and his/her appl ication wi l l become void.

(7) Others: Smoking is prohibited in the examination rooms. In addition, please fol low the exam staffs ' instruction during the examination.

6. Regarding the examination site

(1) Off limits: Examinees are not permitted to enter any places other than the des ignated examination rooms and rest rooms.

(2) Smoking: Smoking i s only permitted in des ignated areas . (3) Trash: Trash such as cigarette butts and lunch leftovers may only be discarded

in the des igna ted areas .

(4) Other :Please keep your va luables with you at a l l times .

[On examination day] An Examinee may not sit for this examination, regardless of any reason, in case they do not have this Examination Slip (1) & (2), or a photo has not been affixed to this Examination Slip.

Examinee may not sit for the examination other than the site specified on this Examination Slip.

How to enter your examinee number and date of birth on your examination answer sheet

Please enter and mark your examinee number and date of bi rth as i t exactly appears on your Examination Sl ip.

Your date of birth i s processed as a part of your examinee number. Do not correct the date of birth on your examination answer sheet even if the date i s incorrect.

Correction of matters printed on your Examination Slip etc. In case your name date of birth and/or sex are printed incorrectly or i f you have

changed your present address after appl ication please correct them on your

Examination Slip (1) and (2) using a red pen however please note the instructions shown above in [On examination day]

Please bring your valid ID card with Photo identification.
