ASSALAM-U-ALAIKUM-WA-RAHMAT-ALLAHI-WA-BARAKATUH!!!FBISE AND IBCCToday I will be discussing topics of Attestation and other Requests fromIntroductionIf you have done or doing your Secondary or Higher Secondary Education from Federal Board you may need to verify it for IBCC attestation in order to get your certificate/degree attested from HEC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) further.Note : HEC only attest your University DegreeThe Federal BoardTime RequiredUsually it takes only half an our to make your certificate verified from federal board (only those which do not have any issue of correction/revision). For those who need to revise their respective certificates like to revise/correct their name their date of birth etc. need to have patience because this require one complete month (if they accept your application which they usually do). To be very frank all they care is the fee you paythat is very normal in factDocuments RequiredJust take your certificate subjected to verified and also take at least 5 photocopies (front and back) with you. Just after entering the FBISE service premises you will find and decent rack where you can find the forms according to your requests. First read the instructions carefully then fill the form. Take token from very next to that forms rack (usually there is a guard who ask and give you the token. To be very honest they are super fast your token number will come may be the moment to take it out. Tell the window person what you want and he will guide you further and if you got every thing required he will give you print out of your chalan form which you have to pay at the HBL Bank inside the FBISE premises in fact you will see the bank before you enter the premises. Pay the fee and take the token again and submit your documents along with a bank chalan section for FBISE. Receive your documents back from window number 9 after 20-30 minutes without any token just show him your bank chalan. He will return you a sealed letter do not open it and go to the IBCC section of this presentation and for those who want to correct/revise their certificate they do same thing except collection from window number 9. Go home and wait 20-25 days for FBISE letter and then come back with that letter and follow the steps which that letter say. Hidden TruthThe letter say something different but not that much different. Take two blank A4 size pages and write (handwritten) application to two FBISE officers separately (their details will be in the letter) and just you have to write that I have applied for correction/revision for my certificate roll number and I request you to grant me new/revised certificate/mark sheet. Show the date and submit for Mark Sheet first at window after taking token (token is important because each token is accountable and go in record according to FBISE). Wait for 2-3 Hours and receive it from window 9 just by asking. Then make copies of the new/revised mark sheet and submit your old certificate with the application and the photo copy of the new/revised mark sheet and dont forget to say the window person that you came from a very long distance and need the new/revised certificate today not tomorrow. If he dont listen (he always listen very nice customer service by the way) go to the visitors room (from window 9 next is photocopy shop and then Pak Post and next one is visitors room) ask him that you want to go to certificate branch he will make call to them, request the branch officer ( he is very well educated and well mannered person) he will facilitate you and you will get your new/revised certificate before 4 pm that day. Please force the person handling visitors to give you visitors card and go personally if you do not get your certificate from window number 9 before 3:15 pm and you are done ! The IBCCTime RequiredUsually it takes one day to submit your certificates and you can receive it very next day at 11 am (of course if the submission day is not Friday).Documents RequiredTake your certificates along with the sealed envelope you got from FBISE. If you are in front of IBCC cabin you will see three windows left, middle and right window. For getting the application form and chalan form you need to go to middle window and show your certificates and that sealed envelope, the window person will give you forms. Go and submit your chalan form to same HBL Bank that you will see before entering the premises. Attach the chalan form along with your filled application form and certificates to be attested and submit it to left window and next day collect it from middle window by showing them the chalan form. No problem for respective elder citizens and females. There is a special window for them on the side of IBCC cabin seperately. Other than these three windows. Right window is for other IBCC related issues like DMCs etc. Hidden TruthIf you got your certificate corrected/revised you have to submit the 20 Rupees STAMP PAPER stamped by an advocate or Notary Officer. You can find it at Sector I-8 Market nearly 2 to 3 KM away from the premises.Just get it and attach with your other documents to be submitted and you are ready to take your attested documents next day at 11 am (You may get it line at 10:15 am because they actually starts giving at 10:30 am and believe me there is a huge number of applicants at that time so come early collect early and go early). General FactsHope this may help you getting things done from FBISE and IBCC and minimize any further problem. One big piece of advise is if you feel any type of discomfort regarding FBISE or any FBISE Employee offend you simply go to visitors room ask for visitors card to the DIRECTOR FBISE or any High Ranked Officer. One big problem now a day is that lower or middle ranked officers are not well educated but high ranked are so go direct to them but also you should remain cool at the time even if the problem is severe and consider ALLAH (SWT).
