– This is a new concentration developed by FBE, the Leventhal School of Accounting and the Center for Investment Studies.
7) Real Estate & Construction MgmtYou want to get out there and kick the dirt.You are interested in construction, project management and all aspects of the real estate development process.
– Coursework includes upper division courses in construction engineering and management from the Civil Engineering Department.
– Comprehensive (6 courses in total)– Opportunity to participate in a real-
world feasibility study sponsored by an industry client.
– Great concentration for students interested in real estate, entrepreneurship and construction.
