Syringes / Siringhe

The syringes arrive hanging in single line, from an upstreamconnected machine: a continuous motion synchrodynamicsystem lays the syringes down in pitch onto the plug-in conveyorpockets, from which they are positively picked-upby the Robomaster.

Le siringhe arrivano dalla macchina a monte appesesu fila singola: vengono messe a passo da unsincronizzatore che le deposita in continuo neicassetti del trasportatore plug-in, da cui vengonoprelevate in positivo dal Robomaster.

The linear feeding group is managed by the PC of the mainmachine and can be manual from tray or in-line from anupstream labeller. Products move forward along the vibratingtable equipped with servo-motor, which follows through theproducts until they reach a lining-up rail system that guidesthem into the cavities of a rotating drum.The products are then turned of 90° and put in horizontalposition in order to be easily picked up by the head of themachine robot, which places them into the tray or into thebucket chain. In case of pick-up fail, products are dischargedat the end of the vibratory table, on a chute. Products feedingspeed is adjusted from display.

L’alimentazione in piano viene gestita dal PC della macchinaa cui è abbinata e può essere manuale da cassetta o in lineada etichettatrice a monte. L’avanzamento dei prodotti avvienemediante un piano vibrante dotato di motorizzazione brushless,il quale provvede ad accompagnare i prodotti fino adun sistema che li guida negli alveoli di un tamburo rotante.I prodotti vengono poi ruotati di 90° e disposti quindiin posizione orizzontale per prepararli alla presa da partedel robot con testa a ventose, che li deposita nel cassonettoo nella catena a cassetti. In caso di mancata presa, è previstolo scarto su scivolo a fine tavolo. La velocità di avanzamentodei prodotti è comandata da display.
