Eventhough using your personal page may seem a lot easier , i t is absolutelyagainst FB pol icy and they can and wi l l delete your personal page. I fyou are caught doing so, Facebook can and wi l l delete your ent i re page,making you lose al l your precious memories. None of us wants to havethat happen!

GO TO YOUR FB HOME PAGE > PAGES ( left hand side) > “CREATE PAGE”(top r ight) > CHOOSE “BUSINESS OR BRAND” - f rom here you wi l l set upyour page as you choose!

You can use your personal Instagram page to promote your SEINTBusiness. There are no issues there! You can also start a pr ivate beautygroup (closed but not secret) . This is opt ional , but I do encourage youto start one. This wi l l be a place you are able to share what you havegoing on in your business page as wel l as creat ing a pr ivate space foryou to do giveaways, bui ld relat ionships with your customers and givethem a place they feel safe enough to share test imonials and picturesof their makeup!

Open your first party

To set up a party: go to seintofficial.com and log in with your artistinfo.

Click on “backoffice” at the top of the page.

Toggle over to "parties" in the menu bar.

Click on “create new” at the bottom of the page.

Enter the party description, start date, and put your self as the

hostess (you do not need to enter an end date.)

Once this is complete , copy the party link. THIS is the link you wantto share with every customer and on every live.

When you click on that party ,you will see a running tally of the

hostess rewards that you are accumulating. You can cash these outand close the party at any time.

***PLEASE NOTE: you must use all of the rewards at the time youclose the party. they do NOT get saved in a bank of any sort. If you

close the party with out using them, you will lose them.***

contagious! Don't be scared to go LIVE! It is such an amazing tool in this industry, and you will be wasting a HUGEadvantage if you don't use this tool! Just remember to always smile and have fun - you do NOT have to be perfect!In fact, people enjoy seeing people they can relate to using a product more than a perfectly put together model! If you are still super nervous to go live, let your side line sisters in the The Realm chat know before you go live so

that they can get on and help support you!

Ok so you have your f i rst potent ial customer! Al l orders are processed and shipped through SEINT corporate, so you neverhave to worry about keeping inventory , shipping, or returns! They wi l l do al l theheavy l i f t ing for you, al l you need to do is close that sale!You wi l l share your party l ink URL with your potent ial customers so that theycan create their accounts and place their orders through your back off ice.

Once a customer creates an account under your l ink , they are forever yourcustomer! Cool huh? From now on every t ime that customer places an order youwil l get the commission for the order , as long as they are ordering through yoursite. This is another reason to love this company!

Making sure that you are helping your customers is how you wi l l keep themcoming back for more! Help them with any questions they have, send them athank you for their order , and fol low up with them once they have received theirorder! You can help them create their account and bui ld their cart even! There istraining on this in the The Realm page.

You will promote to Artist II rank! This is a superexciting first step to beginning the ranking process

within the company! You will officially be out of the training stage and able

to earn more than 20% commission!

As a new artist, you are put into what is called a trainingperiod. In this training period you are working towardsyour first $800 in sales. Lucky for us, the kit purchase

does count towards that total! Hitting this milestone will result in two things.

This is an amazing goal to set, and totally achievable for

your first month if you are putting in the work everysingle day! But please don't feel pressured to do it with in

any certain time frame, it is done at your own pace!

Your direct mentor and source of help for everything SEINT related is  the person that you signed up under.Whenever you have business questions, color match questions, questions about the comp plan, etc; always go

to her first. Remember she is excited to have you on her team, and she is compensated for being yourbusiness coach!

Of course the ladies above her, and your sideline sisters, are also happy to help if you need extra assistance!Our team chats and groups are super great sources of info for you!

what if my customer has an issue? 9 times of 10 , if your customer has a problem with their product, back office, or order; youwill need to direct them to the contact form at the bottom of our website. But feel free to

ask your upline if you aren't sure!

how do I get paid?You automatically get paid 20% commission every Friday. We get paid through a company called Paylutions. You will receiveyour email from paylutions (not SEINT) the FOLLOWING Friday after your very first sale. (example: if you made your first saletoday, your email will come NEXT friday). This email will walk you through setting up your payment portal on the SEINT app,

and allow you to order your card. You have the ability to earn up to 40% commission. Anything over your base 20% gets paidout with your bonus check on the 10th of the following month.

The commission brackets are as follows:

$1-$399 20% (paid weekly)$400-$799 +5% (paid monthly)$800-$1999 +5%(paid monthly)$2000-$399 +5%(paid monthly)$4000+ +5%(paid monthly)

When looking at the back office, the top left box says “CURRENT EARNING”. This updates automatically as you sell during themonth. If you see one week, that is what you are getting paid the Friday of that week. If you see two weeks listed, the top iswhat you are getting paid this week, the bottom is what you are starting to earn for the following week. The month tells youwhat your bonus check (that will be paid on the 10th of the following month) will be. Again these change as the days and the

sales go on. **IF you notice your commission amount changing next to your orders, that is because you are moving through the

commission brackets and it is reflecting your monthly % amount. **

Ok gir l . . . i f the compensation plan scares or confuses you, welcome to the club! I t is one of thethings that confuses everyone at the beginning! But don't worry there is no need to memorizeand ful ly understand i t a l l r ight now. A lot of i t wi l l make more sense as you start experiencingcl imbing through the ranks.
