4.2 When multiple types of Internet connections are used simultaneously on my PC, I cannot access the Internet, what should I do?

When multiple types of Internet connections are used simultaneously on the PC, such as

physical network adapter and Wi-Fi, inserting the data card may result in IP address conflict

across multiple networks.

To solve this problem, disable other network devices or disconnect other Internet connections

from the PC, and then restart the PC.

4.3 When the data card is connected to a PC where other network adapters exist, all websites entered in the browser are redirected to the HiLink E3272s-153's homepage, what should I do?

1. Check whether a dial-up connection to the Internet is established using the data card.

2. If no dial-up connection to the Internet is established using the data card, disconnect the data

card or click CONNECT from the HiLink E3272s-153's homepage to set up a dial-up

connection.

----End

4.4 When I open a web page, not all the web page elements are loaded, why?

1. Verify that your PC's system drive has sufficient available space.

If your PC's system drive does not have sufficient available space, a problem may occur in

virtual memory allocation, making you fail to open web pages. Ensure that the system drive

has sufficient space for the virtual memory. If your system drive does not have sufficient

available space, manually clean it up.

2. Exit some applications to free up some random-access memory.

3. Check the current browser settings.

If the browser settings are incorrect or have been modified by Trojan horses, reset the

browser.

The following figure shows how to reset Internet Explorer 8. To reset other browsers, use the

corresponding browser recovery tools.

This may occur if:

You are out of the network coverage area.

Solution:

If your account's funds are used up, the RRC connection between the network and your data

card will be released. The subsequent service requests sent from your data card will be

rejected by the network.

After your account's funds are used up, the PS domain registration will be rejected by the

7 FAQs About Service Failures

7.1 HiLink E3272s-153 indicates that no signal is received, what should I do?

1. Use another data card to determine whether you are in the coverage area of the network.

2. Verify that your PC has recognized your data card.

If you are in the coverage area of the network and your PC has recognized your data card, the

problem may be caused by your data card's failure to find or register with the network.

3. Open SDT and set the messages to be captured.

4. Manually search for networks from HiLink E3272s-153. Wait about two minutes for the data

card to search for networks.

5. If no network is found, use SDT to capture traces, and send the trace files to Huawei's product

service department for analysis.

6. If networks including the target network are found, try to register with the target network. If

the data card fails to register with the target network, use SDT to capture traces, and send the

trace files to Huawei's product service department for analysis.
