The program will include the presentation of one of the agency’s highest honors, the Anne Wolf Memorial Award, recognizing a staff member for their advocacy and

Christian compassion. We will also present the Community Partner Award.

From the East or the West:

New York State Thruway to exit 49 (Lockport/Depew, Route 78).

Turn left on Route 78 (Transit Road).

Proceed down Transit Road approximately one mile.

Turn Right on to Main Street.

Samuel’s Grande Manor will be approximately 1.5 miles down Main Street on the left hand side.

Parking is free.
