Unionville Elementary Newsletter: February 2017 Edition The Arrow The Unionville Spring Carnival planning is underway, and we need your help! The carnival is Unionville's biggest community event and largest fundraiser of the year. The PTO committees have been busy, organizing the games, collecting donations for the raffle, planning silent auction baskets and finding fun prizes. We are looking for someone to organize the popular Cupcake Walk. This would involve collecting the cupcakes, asking for cupcake donations and packaging them (along with others) the day before or day of the carnival. Also, if you own a business or know of a business that would like to donate something to the raffle please let us know! Contact the PTO at [email protected]Our next meeting is on March 9th and we will continue to plan for this event. Come share your ideas and hear what is new! Our April 13th meeting will be an active working meeting and we can always use extra hands. At this meeting we will be repairing any games, possibly making a new game and more. This meeting is always a fun way for Unionville parents to spend time together while completing the necessary jobs for this event.
