Mr. Rakesh Kumar Wadhawan is our executive
Chairman, founder and one of the promoters of the
HDIL Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the
real estate and infrastructure industry. He is a member
of many industry bodies and has actively participated in
international housing-related seminars. His vision and
expertise have steered HDIL’s growth in residential,
commercial and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Sarang Wadhawan is our VC & MD and one of
the promoters. He is MBA from Clarks University,
Worcester, U.S.A. Mr. Sarang Wadhawan has
considerable experience in the real estate and housing
finance industry. With ambitious plans for the growth
and expansion of the company, he is actively involved
in setting and executing its strategic objectives.

Mr. Waryam Singh is Non-Executive Director of the
company. He has over 25 years of experience in
banking, finance, civil construction and land
development. He was the chairman of Punjab and
Maharashtra Co-operative Bank Limited from 1999 to
2005 and was instrumental in achieving the "Scheduled
Status" for the bank.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta is Non-Executive Director
of the company. He is renowned for his experience in
corporate law and finance, which spans more than 25
years. He currently serves on the board of various
companies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and
also holds a LL.B degree from Government Law
College, Mumbai.

HR GUIDELINES OF OUR COMPANY
Attendance Cycle 26th to 25th of each month
Salary Cycle 1st to 31st of each month
PAYROLL CYCLE
Leave is based on the calendar year i.e. from January to December of each year.
All confirmed employees shall be eligible for following leaves:
Casual Leave : 7 days
Sick Leave : 7 days
Privilege Leave : 24 days
Maternity Leave : As per Law
Maximum Leave to be carry forward: 72 days for PL and 14 days for SL
Prefixed and suffixed holidays will not be counted in Leave.
There would be 10 paid holidays in a calendar year.
LEAVE POLICY
Working Hours: 0945 Hrs to 1845 Hrs
Working hours at site locations and weekly off shall be fixed keeping the workrequirements in mind.
Attendance of the employees shall be captured through electronic attendancerecording devices. All employees including the HODs are required to mark theirattendance through the Attendance Recording Device.
At site locations, where installing biometric system is not feasible, manualattendance register is maintained.
TIME POLICY
Late coming: 15 minutes grace period shall be allowed. Thereafter the employeeshall be marked Late. 3 instances of Late in a month upto 1045 hrs shall be permitted;thereafter every instance of Late shall attract deduction of half day CL.
Early Going: Early going is not allowed. However, HODs may, for some genuinereasons, permit the same under intimation to HR for regularization of attendance.
Outdoor duty: Outdoor duty slip / entry in outdoor register duly approved by theconcerned HOD shall be required by HR to regularize the attendance.
TIME POLICY
Late Sitting: If an employee stays beyond 2100 hrs at office to carryout urgentassignments, he may be allowed by the HOD to come late by one hour next day. This isnot applicable to office boys.
Compensatory Off: If an employee works on weekly off / public holiday, he will beprovided with compensatory off on any working days within three months. This will beapplicable to the employees upto Sr. Manager grade who are not in Team Lead position.
