Pre-School ProgrammingY University-Monday On Monday our Y University class will focus on Colors and Letters! Your preschoolers will work on letter recognition and sounds, upper and lowercase letters, prewriting, color recognition and identification, working with paints and more! Your child will also learn the alphabet in American Sign Language! The program will run from 9:00am-12:00p.

Y University-Tuesday Come to Y University on Tuesday to learn everything about numbers from recognition to writing to beginners math! We will also learn to recognize and name shapes, match objects based on shapes, and copy cshpes onto paper! Preschoolers will learn the basics that are needed for kindergarten! This program will run from 9:00am-12:00p.

Y University-Wednesday Get your preschooler comfortable in the water during swimming and safety Wednesday! The swimming will be half instructional and half recreational. Your preschooler is bound to be as comfortable as a fish! This curriculum will also cover safety: everything from how to call 911 to all of the community people who are here to help us. It will be a great day to be a preschooler! This program will run from 9:00am-12:00p.

Y University-Thursday Let your little Picasso spend Thursday at the Y being creative and messy! All types of art will be explored from painting to chalk, to drawing! We will also delve into the world of animals, where your preschooler can learn animal identification, the sounds that animals make and where they live! This program runs from 9:00am-12:00p.

Y University-Friday Let your little athlete learn and play sports of all types! Have them burn off all of that extra energy on the basketball court or in the dance studio! They will also spend time learning about science, from plants to the environment, to simple chemistry! Fridays are bound to get your preschooler's brains and body going! This program runs from 9am-12pm.

Y University-All 5 Days Attend Y University for all 5 days and get the whole experience! This program will run from 9:00am-12:00pm.

Preschool Soccer Run, Kick and Run some more. Join us for the high energy introduction to soccer for youth 1-5yrs.

Preschool Sports All Sorts Want your preschooler to try out a variety of sports. Sports of all sorts explores a different sport each week

Tiny Tot Tumbling Run, play and dance your morning away in this high energy creative movement class.

Youth ProgrammingBBall Level I Basketball classes include techniques that will help improve basic skills and facilitate team play.

Basketball II Youth ages 9-10yrs or younger youth looking to enhance their existing basketball skills. Participants will have knowledge of game

BBall Private 1pk Youth ages 5-8 years wanting to learn the game of basketball. These players have limited knowledge of the game

BBall SEMI-private 6pk Private B-ball lessons with Coach Stephanie

Sports Of All Sorts Special Po Join us to get everyone moving and physically active in this low ratio group class.

Soccer Run, kick, and score your way through this fun and exciting pre-school sports class

Youth Volleyball Volleyball skills and drills with instruction and scrimmage play.

All Age Hapkido Hapkido means "the way of harmony and power." This is an all ages martial arts class which covers basic technique with instruction.

Judo-Saturday 1 Day Judo literally means "the gentle way." This ancient martial art makes use of the opponent's strength to overcome him. The main techniques of this art are tripping, sweeping, throwing, and both stand up and ground grappling.

TDK Youth Begin TKDO This class is for beginner ranks, white and yellow belts and first time participants.

TDK Youth Intermediate TKDO This class requires a rank of Green Belt through Blue Belt. It is the next step for students who have covered the foundation classes of TKD.

TDK Youth Advanced TKD0 Prerequisite High Blue Belt. This class is the next step for students who have been tested on their foundation techniques and are ready to train at an advanced level.

Travel Volleyball Basketball classes include proven collegiate and professional level drills to improve dribbling, passing and shooting skills.

Teen & Adult ProgrammingAdult TABATA Tabata is high-intensity interval training that is one of the fastest ways to fitness and weight loss. Twenty-second intervals as hard as you can go -- rest for 10 seconds and go again for 6-8 sets.

Weekend Warrior-Saturday Only Let our professional trainers put some kick in your day. Boot camp classes offer high intensity overall workouts. Suitable for all members who are serious about taking their workouts to the next level. We offer these classes in the mornings and after work for your convenience!

Zumba Dance With an infusion of Latin and International music, Zumba combines high-energy exercise with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba Tone incorporates light weights in the workout. Zumba Express is a quick, efficient, cardio workout great for a healthy spirit, mind and body.

ABS CLASS Core Workout Improve balance, functional fitness and overall strength is this core focus class

Adult Yoga This yoga offering is a mix of Hatha and Ashtanga. Participants move through a series of flows, moving from one posture to another to build strength, flexibility and stamina. (Participants need to be able to get on their hands and knees).

Cardio Burn This class is a great cardiovascular workout using a body bar and free weights for toning. You will work on abdominals, as well as strengthening the upper and lower body.

Drop In Free Class NON MEMBER Non-members can drop in our free fitness classes for a $10 fee.

Group Cycle This high-energy class provides a great cardiovascular workout on a bike. The energetic music helps to motivate and inspire participants to ride hard in intervals and have a good time while burning calories.

Mat Pilates Pilates uses a series of controlled movements and mat work, engaging your body and mind to improve flexibility and strength.

NIA Nia is a dynamic blend of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts, which brings the body, mind and spirit to optimum health through great music, creative movement and self-expression. Each participant is invited to move at his or her own level of intensity. Nia delivers cardiovascular, muscular and whole-body conditioning.

Step Class Step aerobics is still one of the most fun and effective ways to get your heart pumping! Once you learn the basic moves for getting on, off, over, across and around the step, the instructor will put them all together in choreographed sequences
