The SPMS Yoga Club is for EVERYONE! Students in grades 6-8 are encouraged to join regardless of flexibility or experience!

• Yoga promotes physical strength because students will learn to use all of their muscles in new ways. Also, yoga increases flexibility which aides in fewer and less-severe injuries, especially when kids are engaged in other sports and activities. Yoga is also great for balance and coordination, developing concentration, boosting confidence, stress management, and encouraging kind peer and social interactions.

• Yoga Club will meet during Raider Hour

*Club Membership: If interested there will be a sign-up sheet outside Ms. Kessel’s classroom, room 525.
