Relations position. This leadership position’s duty will be maintaining good relations and communication with your
neighbors. The current executive board members are encouraged to continue their efforts to be neighborly. This
will help elevate neighborhood management pressure on the executive board, and aid your chapter in their neighborhood relationship development. A transition
manual must be written for this position. An electronic copy

1. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming president, Jonathan Burger, must meet with their Fraternity and Sorority Programs’
advisor at the beginning of the Spring 2017 semester to discuss the chapter’s current cumulative judicial standing and review the Fraternity and Sorority Programs’ policies
and expectations. At this meeting Jonathan must acknowledge that he has reviewed and understands Alpha Epsilon Pi’s international policies. Documentation of the
meeting must be submitted to [email protected] within a week of the meeting.
2. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming executive board must become TIPS trained by Friday, March 10th. Documentation of the training must be submitted to [email protected]
within a week of completion. 3. Alpha Epsilon Pi must follow their plan to change their
guest list policy to 1 guest per member starting in the Spring 2017 semester. A meeting, with a chapter advisor physically or electronically present, must be held to inform the chapter
facility residences of this policy change. Signatures from all
the chapter facility residents must be collected to acknowledge they understand and will abide by the new policy. The signatures must be submitted to
